   The spa is nice for a hotel and there is a small sauna and steam room too. The best part is the outside jacuzzi which is huge. Gym has a great range of equipment and I think more recently renovated than the pool area.

   Hotel has had a great makeover. Pool and gym are lovely, and new outdoor hot tub area is going to be fantastic in the summer. I'm really enjoying my membership.

   Good price for entrance. Two sauna,one dry and one mentol wet. Decent thought. Just the jakuzi it's smells like bit and the water temperature can be bit higher. The pool is nice and clean,not many people it's quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Will recommend for budget spa. ( don't forget towels)

   Myself and My husband went on a spa day today for our wedding anniversary (just had a baby so the price was perfect for us) We had the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna basically to ourselves all day. All the staff were very friendly and kind, and we felt they went above and beyond what they would otherwise do to ensure we were happy and comfortable. Special mention to the gentleman manning the front desk of the spa, who although did not appear to be doing his normal role performed more than admirably in welcoming, waitoring, and generally making sure we had everything we needed during the day. He will not be forgotten quickly. They are completing refurbishments at the moment so are in a bit of muddle (the temporary changing rooms were a bit suspect!) but this did not stop us from having a great day, and unless you can't see the funny side of getting changed in a storage room it shouldn't stop you having one either. I could see why people might find some aspects, such as the changing room, more stressful than relaxing, but no doubt these creases will all be ironed out once the refurbishments are complete. However if anything these quirks made our day all the more memorable, and we hope to return again soon

   Having been a member for a year I have finally cancelled my membership. The only reason I stayed a member was lack of other pools near my home. I have spoken to environmental health who have a thick file on this place in the hotel as well as the spa. The pool area is filthy. On being visited by environmental health showers were found to have hair in them that was weeks old. I trod on a screw in the shower, the showers are so hot that they scalded my head. When I politely complained, I and was told that I know what it's like and shown the door by an abusive man who I assumed was another owner. Staff change every week and are rude. I have no idea why the people 'running' this place are doing so when the couldn't care less about customers. This is far from being a health spa. I urge you not to bother with it on lack of cleanliness and total lack of customer service.
