Stacey has been outstanding from day one, always going above and beyond with her support, advice, and professionalism. She consistently delivers a first-class member experience. It’s equally impressive seeing her shine alongside high-performing colleagues like Amir, Tyler, Liz, and Becky. They’re a huge reason Nuffield runs as smoothly and efficiently as it does. The only downside and no fault of the team, is the need for newer equipment and some facility upgrades. Even so, the gym remains a solid place to train, held together by an amazing team that truly makes the difference.

Visited this branch as general Nuffield member. This is situated near Harlequins stadium Tickenham Stoop. This has a gym and studios, a pool which is small but larger than an exercise pool, and saunas. The latter in the changing rooms. The staff were really friendly as a visitor and warmly welcomed. The facilities were clean and well kept. It true that for some reviews thinking this could do with a little upgrade here and there, and the showers in the men's I would say definitely need an upgrade. I guess overall for the cost is best visited to see everything. Had many classes on offer also.

Honestly, I had such an amazing experience with Becca, during my visit to Nuffield Twickenham. She was super friendly and easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable right away. She gave me a full and thorough tour of the gym and explained everything without making me feel overwhelmed or awkward. You can tell she actually cares and loves what she does. She was so encouraging and hyped me up the whole time, which made me even more excited to get started. The gym itself is clean and well organised. I left feeling very motivated and confident to get started xx

Walked in to Nuffield Twickenham the other day to have a look around and ask some questions and I was met with such a helpful team! Becca Blackburn gave me a tour of the facilities and was extremely friendly and helpful in answering all the questions I had about the gym! A special mention too to Stacey (I’m not sure of her last name) who gave some helpful insight in to how the swimming lessons work - especially for kids! Based on what she explained it sounds like a good, kid friendly environment and based on what I saw, the pool and changing facilities were clean and spacious. It can be daunting walking in to a gym but I honestly left feeling confident in the information I had received and I’m hoping to make the commitment as soon as possible!

I had a day pass this morning where I brought a friend. We enjoyed a game of squash and went for swimming. Staff were friendly and we were given equipment for the squash. Swimming pool facilities were clean, we brought our own padlock and key. Sauna and steam room was also available which we enjoyed.

Classes are overrun, I turned up to a class to find my place had been taken, apparently no way of knowing who took it because there's no register. Why pre-book classes when anyone can walk in and take your place? Male changing rooms are not cleaned regularly. Not the worst gym, the staff are friendly

Terrible gym with very poor standards. The equipment it’s very old and rusty, the treadmills are constantly out of order and just 3 treadmills available. The receptionists aren’t welcoming at all and always minding their business. The classes are awful, no welcoming at all the equipment is prehistoric and the room temperature is below 0. The sauna is always occupied by items such as pair of boots, pants, towels and other personal items left there to get dry. The showers are absolutely disgusting with green mould and very old. The cleaning always gossiping loudly in the women changing rooms while you’re having sauna they loudly chat in Brazilian and also the Portuguese receptionist participates to the party every single time. I would expect something more from a gym that asks more than £70 monthly membership. I am so disgusted by this gym and I am going to come back to Pure Gym in Twickenham.

Shame on me joining this club. Filthy, smelly and dirty male changing rooms. The gym seems from a Rocky movie about 1980s. Old feel and the machines are too close to each other. Your training the abs and you smell the sweat of the person next to you working out their legs. The only thing I appreciate is that the pool is generally quiet.

Do NOT join this health centre ! The bathroom and toilets are filthy and are never cleaned. The weights and machines are old and not updated and the manager Alistair Argenti is surprisingly egotistical. I feel like I’ve been thrown into 1998 every time I walk into the place. The sauna never works and the steam room is littered with trash everytime I go in there. Worst Nuffield health ever

As a couple we joined kingston nuffied After couple of visits we decided to cancel our membership. Long story short we contacted them by phone, emails even attending club in person and try to make sure cancellation has gone through and club manager and assistant manager verbally assured us the cancellation is finalised, cancelled my partner’s membership but not mine and still been charged for month of August and September.
