   Great gym with a welcoming atmosphere. The equipment is well maintained and the gym is always clean. I especially want to shout out George—he’s extremely friendly, approachable, and always makes you feel welcome. His positive attitude really adds to the overall experience.    I went for a day pass with a friend and was seriously impressed! The environment, equipment, and overall layout were unlike any gym I’ve been to before. Even though I live far away, I’d absolutely love to come back again. After a tough workout, I enjoyed the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and swimming pool - such a perfect way to unwind. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-tier gym experience!

   I love Gold’s! The staff, facilities, and vibes at the gym are truly unmatched. The equipment is always well-maintained, the place is spotless, and there’s a great energy that keeps you motivated every session. I love the classes, especially yoga with Shiraz!!!! The team and reception staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a proper gym with a real community feel!!

   Really amazing facilities been a member’s for over a yeah and they have lots of different machine’s to choose from. Amazing pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam facilities. Really helpful, attentive staff and amazing manager that will sort all your issues in seconds. So far been a really great experience! Also absolutely lovely interior decor!

   Brilliant gym for a low price! The staff are really friendly, classes are really good from the weights, to the yoga, to spinning. Parking is better as we have the hour free from harrow council which makes a big difference. Maybe when the free hour is taken away, golds can make a deal of some sort to allow It to continue. Today is mother's day, I'm not even a mother but was greeted with this beautiful rose by staff!... Nice touch guys!... Happy member.

   Too bad there is no 0 star option. Firstly I don't find appropriate to force me creating a 12mo contract by telling me this is the only option. I want to pay monthly. Secondly the gym is old and dirty. In the pool area you can see hair everywhere. Showers are freezing cold and because of that people are getting into the pool without showering first. Changing area is smelly and also dirty and full of hair. Strongly do not recommend!

   Worst experience ever. The management is ridiculous here trust me guys. Once you're in their membership trap, they won't let you leave. They've been harassing me since a month and not cancelling my membership. The replies you get from them are disgusting. The gym is too old. The gym floor is not levelled properly and you can see damps and structural damage everywhere. The jacuzzi is closed almost every alternate day. They have swimming classes at peak hours with annoyingly loud music and they cover more than half of the pool so no place to even swim properly. I'd definitely not recommend to fall in their trap. Thanks

   I joined October 2022. I try to regularly attend exercise classes and use the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. It has really helped me get fitter. The staff and instructors are friendly and helpful. The gym space looks great too. It is also handy to have guest passes and open weekends to bring friends and family to share in the Gold's Gym magic!

   The gyms got a brilliant set up in terms of weight lifting, cardio machines, great classes that we can attend to for free. I also love the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna which is essential for relaxation. It is definitely worth the price.
