My visit at the Brixton Leisure Centre was for a massage. It was a nice experience, from the warm welcome of the reception staff to the quality of the massage consultation and the massage itself. Leyla is professional, friendly and puts you at ease. I left relaxed and with some tips concerning best next steps.

Nice new soft play area but the hygiene levels when we went were very concerning. We booked the first slot of the day and the place was a state; used tissues, empty wrappers, a puddle on the floor and even some dried sick left on some of the soft play. They've just doubled the price from Β£4 to Β£7.65 - would be nice if it got cleaned once a day! Update - disappointed that I emailed as the reply suggested and got no response

The Brixton Recreation Centre had absolutely everything we needed for a fun-filled day with the kids. We started off in the fantastic soft play area, which was perfect for children of all ages. After that, we cooled off in the swimming poolβthere were plenty of lifeguards on duty, which made us feel really safe, and the pool floaties added an extra bit of fun to the session. To top it all off, we ended the day at the brand-new bowling alley, which truly felt like a VIP experience thanks to the impressive setup. The kids had an amazing time and already canβt wait to come back. Neither can we!

Machines constantly out of order, often for months at a time. Stepper has been out of action since JANUARY! (Writing this in June). Gym floor is often filthy, covered with dust mirrors are never cleaned. Reception and gym staff are friendly, upper management have really let them down by providing standards far below what should be considered βadequateβ. Fix up!

Situated just a block away from Brixton tube station. The complex is huge and wide range of activities available. We go and play badminton here regularly, would definitely try other activities too..

Used to be passable but now introduced 40 min "light tokens" for squash courts. So if the group before you are 20 mins late, you have to wait for them to finish. Awful system, just to stop people staying a few extra minutes if the courts was free. Maybe spend that money on cleaning the absolutely disgusting toilets.

I came here to attend a skate event. ' Skate Jamm' The hall was a great size. They organised capacity well so it wasn't too over crowded and dangerous. It was a great event with live DJ's and intermediate to advanced skaters.

Really good staff, happy to give a tour. I like the building. Poolside had a good viewing gallery, and is not crowded (At least during the day). The lifeguard however was distracted, not looking a the pool.

The soft play area is bigger than the one at Streatham Leisure Centre. We were the first customers this morning and saw litter such as bags of snacks left out. Then I noticed a smell of poo in one corner and found small bits of something that looked like poo on the floor. It was also dusty there, so I wonder if they ever clean the place. My son still had fun, but I wonβt come back again unless they clean the whole area thoroughly. I want to say that the actual soft play is good, but itβs a shame itβs so filthy and not kept nice and clean.
