   PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND DONT GO HERE! I have went to fix clasp on my watch and got a faulty detail replaced, been refused to give a refund and told that they don’t issue refunds (which is a lie) then managed to get my refund for something that was a faulty pair someone who has called themselves a manager of the shop has shouted at me and threw my watch on the desk for me, later on proceeded to rip the faulty part from my watch and causing it damage to the bracelet. Regional manager just had to say sorry and offer a repair at Timpsons again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AWFUL SERVICE don’t go there to be shouted at by a man who thinks can frighten women and do an awful job!

   I phoned and asked "how much to cut a 2005 Polo key, just for the doors?" I was told £8. I went to town especially for this, with key. The nasty little man starts telling me "It won't start the engine." I told him I know. He then accuses me of wanting to sellotape the bean from the existing key to the lock so I could disable the ECU security, and starts telling me if I do that the car could crash. I assured him I wasn't doing that. He then tells me a door only key would cost £75 to cut. Nasty outlet of a questionable company. Avoid.

   Unfortunately had about 50 keys cut for work and only 20 worked he told me to come back another time as he was busy. Not the first time this has happened either will use somewhere else from now on.

   Took a watch in for a battery change, he charged £12.95 for 30 seconds, gave it me back and later on I found the second hand had come off. He obviously had decided not to tell me, but to take his £12.95 anyway. Pretty dodgy operator..
