   We are located in the bath area and had a very bad kitchen sink pipe blockage (due to the plumbing / pipework being a very compact with many tight turns etc), called Jason, and his plumbing team turned up, used various plumbing methods to remove the blockage. Would definitely recommend this plumber / company.

   We called Jason for help over the New Year period when my 97-year-old father’s heating was giving problems. He immediately offered help and diagnosed a couple of problems which were repaired restoring heat and water. Jason also cleaned the whole system through as it had not been done for probably 20 years or more, leaving it in perfect working order throughout. Communicating with Jason from Pembrokeshire was a dream, nothing was too much trouble, he listened to our woes and offered sensible advice. He was efficient, trustworthy and my father was very impressed all round. Jason and his team completed the work efficiently, quickly and very professionally too. I have nothing but high praise for Jason and would thoroughly recommend 1stcallgassafe for any work required. Definitely a trusted engineer.    Quick to respond to our enquiry, upon arriving Jason took the time to understand our requirements and diagnose any fault, on this occasion no repair was necessary but there was no overcharging or opportunism involved, just a really professional, friendly and knowledgeable service. Will definitely be using Gassafe again in the future.

   Called Jason one afternoon when I had water dripping from the hallway ceiling, on the phone he explained to shut of the main water supply and he would be with me in the next 30-60mins 35 mins later he arrived, after 10mins he showed me where the previous plumber from a bathroom install crossed threaded the hot feed so it's been a ticking time bomb waiting to go, it was lucky I was in when it happened, also showed that there was no isolation valves! Also had Jason recently serviced my gas Central heating so all good for another year Will be calling him soon due to new extension/kitchen/bathroom so I need somebody I can trust and rely on
