I was recommended Cathedral by two separate people via a community group with very good reviews from both. My vintage Singer industrial machine was very neglected and in need of a lot of attention. Mark came to the house, £15 call out I think is a bargain, and has got my machine up and running and sounding better than ever. In total it cost £90, including the call out charge. I would highly recommend this one man operation to anyone needing advice, repairs or a service.
Disappointed the sewing machine promised for delivery today did not arrive. Waited in all day and despite repeated attempts to call Mark I couldn't get in touch with him. Poor communication despite leaving messages. Also noticed all good reviews on Google are quite old, so perhaps an indication of a deterioration in customer service.
Had Mark come out today to service my Mitsubishi industrial and my not so great Necchi. Great service ,really helpful , and very knowledgeable and just excellent value. Fully recommend and if anyone has a sewing machine that needs a service or repair then don’t hestiate contact Mark @cathedral sewing machines
My machine has never gone so well!! It’s like a brand new machine. And all sorted in the comfort of my own home. Would highly recommend (in fact I already have done to friends and family!)
What a nice man Mark is, very professional, sorted out my problem on the spot although I was expecting to have to leave the machine with him. Fabulous service and value. Will definitely use him again.
Mark does house calls, repairing and servicing all of my sewing machines and has done so for many years. Superb value, quality work and if it can't be fixed at home, Mark takes my machine away, fixes and returns and again, always for an incredibly reasonable price. Don't hesitate to use him; he's the best.
