No guest passes included in your expensive membership. No help from staff who are rude and short with you when you try to ask about it. The entrance system to the gym also requires an app and takes forever to get it. It doesn’t with half the time and staff are regularly not friendly.

My wife came in for a taster appointment to be showed around. They are offering three day free trial, so she thought she is going to try free classes to see how are the instructor s and if she likes it, only to be told that all classes are for members only, so if there would be space on the day, she can only join then.Total waist of time!!! Why to offer what you can’t deliver. The gym is tiny as a glove. And the receptionists were not interested into possibly another member joining .They were like ‘whatever’. And ohhh, the monthly membership price for this single room sized gym and access to the classes is a ridiculous amount of money. There are better gyms for a better price for sure. So no Thank You!

Overly expensive. Rude staff, particularly at the reception. Many weights machines rarely available, early evening is more like a creche than a gym. In recent months more and more people hogging equipment and recording themselves rather than working out, and staff do nothing to stop it. The few classes I tried were decent, though not to my taste. Class instructors were good, and doing the best they could despite the facilities The most frustrating thing is their updated entry system requiring you to scan a QR code to gain entry, via the app that barely works, in a building with terrible phone signal. Would not recommend

Today, I came in for a swim myself and my daughter. And left feeling violated and racially profiled. By a regular customer whose daughter works as an instructor. I booked online for a public swim. Only to be told we must use the children pool. The lady at desk did ask if we could wait till 1.30. I couldn’t wait that that long as I booked do 11:45. However, my daughter is a strong swimmer as the lanes were half empty. She went in only to be attack me in directly. The online booking doesn’t make sense. It’s not clear what is a public pool. I will not recommending or returning to this leisure centre again.

Im reviewing the pool.. Maybe it is an Australian thing to have a large pool available for people to safely swim and play in, encouraging families to stay and enjoy and be safe.. but this was ridiculous and not family friendly. Firstly we had to book a 55 minute session of which you dont get many choices of times, secondly you only get to swim in one small square of their pool which they close off with floating rope. It was expensive for a very boring and short swim. The change areas were pretty dirty and the staff were quite unfriendly.

All the staff only instance, Chris, very knowledgeable and friendly. Really great atmosphere and assistance should you need it is always available. All in all a great place to relax and do excercise. Today Sue at reception was extremely helpful at the entrance turnstile, very friendly and courteous. Callum a swimming instructor was extremely helpful when I had a query regarding the swimming lanes, am absolute gentleman

Great leisure centre, been coming here for years. Facilities are good and the gym is never usually too crowded. The only downside is that the parking charges are expensive, and shouldn’t be included on top of membership.

In general, compared to what other gyms are charging, the gym is ok and fairly good value for money. Yoga instructor Amber is lovely and runs a very relaxing class. The floors in all rooms are always dirty and the equipment/mats in the store room are very old and feel unclean. More cleaning is definitely needed.

We have signed up this October for a family membership for £96 per month. Been charges prorate fee for October £53 approx. because we joined in the middle of the month or so, which was fine. And we were told that from the 1st of November we would be charged £96 per month. But instead, today I was charged £384. I have tried to fill in the form which was very inappropriate for this sort of an issue and the website was very very very slow. We were also told that this can be cancelled any time but instead they have confirmed today that we were in the 30 days rolling contract. We were missold this contract by one of their members of staff called Sylvia. We've made it very clear that we did not want any contract and Sylvia has assured us that this was the case and that it could be cancelled any time without any notice. But they needed our bank details to take a month in advance payment of £96 and if we were to cancel it, the unused amount would be refunded. But instead we have ended up with the £384 charge instead of agreed £96 agreed and on the rolling contract which we have never asked for. Very unprofessional behaviour, I have never seen something like it before. I would highly NOT recommend joining this centre as everything that we thought was agreed in fact was not agreed and they did everything that we have never asked for.

Fairly nice leisure centre. Main attraction is it’s pool but it has a gym, shower/locker room and rooms for extra activities/classes that are put on. Men’s showers are one shared space just to make you aware
