Needed my old shower replacing with a swanky new one. I found Richard to be polite and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also went above and beyond with offering to give me advice on a separate issue I had with my bath which didn't require his attention. Richard responded immediately to an emergency situation to replace a cracked cistern with a new modern toilet. Following this, in the last few weeks he has replaced kitchen taps and installed a new radiator and necessary pipework below floorboards. We have used Richard for a number of jobs. Most recently he replaced, secured and soldered some radiator pipes ahead of them being boxed in. Beforehand it occasionally dripped and was very delicate but once he was finished with it they were safe, secure and drip free. Overall an excellent job which meant we could box the pipes in with confidence. We will definitely use him again and will recommend to others.
Richard is very experienced, friendly and helpful. Have had the pleasure of his work twice now. Won’t leave a jobs undone but will not overcharge either. Will defo use his services again when required. (Fitted bath and awkward sink tap and fixed a radiator)
