I had to call a professional company to clear an urgent matter with my drains and Aquablast provided a fast and efficient service. People who came to do the job were really friendly and explained what they were doing and why. Would totally recommend them
Outstanding Service from Start to Finish. This was my first experience with a septic tank, and I was understandably a little apprehensive. However, the service provided by this AquaBlast was absolutely first class. From the initial contact to completion, they were supportive, professional, and offered excellent advice throughout. The team arrived promptly as promised and carried out the work efficiently and with great professionalism. The supportive approach continued throughout the process, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I give this company my highest recommendation and will certainly continue to use their services in the future.
Aquablast provided a brilliant service, from the initial phone call to Jane she was able to get a team to come promptly first thing this morning. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful and they resolved the problem straightaway. Thank you I would highly recommend Aquablast.
Booked them 3 days prior. Promised we would be first & arrival would be between 8:30am & 9am. Said it would take about an hour. So with that info I took a half day from work. 12:30pm still haven't arrived as they went to other jobs first. So had to cancel. So lost half a days pay for no reason. Very poor

The office staff were polite and helpful, and the engineers were efficient and courteous at all times, and reassuring that the blockage problem would be resolved. Jane and Steve went over and beyond in providing assistance and support in trying to resolve an additional somewhat stressful problem encountered, and I cannot thank them enough. Very good from start to finish, no waiting to get through on the phone, very friendly with helpful call back, we arranged an emergency call out quite late, and they arrived soon, which for late on a Friday evening was very much appreciated. Dan was very friendly and helpful throughout, and was quickly able to fix the problem. I thoroughly recommend Aquablast, and if we have any issues in the future, they will certainly be our first port of call.

It was very comforting to have such a prompt service and the work was done within the hour including an excellent clean up before all the drain covers were replaced on Thursday, the 24th of March. Wayne did a really great job, he was polite, really went the extra mile and out of office hours to boot! His blood, sweat and tears (mine, of joy) went a long way for us today. I wanted to say a massive thank you. Today I had Aquablast out to look at my outside drains - I know nothing about how they work and it turns out nothing was wrong. I then got told the job was free if charge because my wife and I work as doctors in the NHS. I was truly touched and I'm very grateful. An honest service with superb integrity. Thank you to all your workers for keeping our little island ticking over until this storm passes by.
