Sam and his team recently did a complete transformation of my bathroom and did a fantastic job. Every member of the team super skilled in what they do and to top it off they were all clean and tidy. Communication was clear throughout from booking in the initial quote to queries I had about tiles and fixtures. Sam was responsible for the plumbing in our new kitchen extension and did a fantastic job. A highly skilled plumber, Sam & his employee George were professional & worked quickly to resolve any issues that arose. Absolutely fantastic. The Bathroom looks amazing. Sam and his team worked incredibly hard to get everything done with the minimum amount of mess,.time and fuss. Our new bathroom is perfect. Plumbing, fitting and tiling top notch. Worth every penny. Sam couldn't do enough for us. He sorted a few minor snags immediately and was friendly and warm. Nothing was enough trouble. Sam was exceptionally helpful in quoting for the remodelling of our bathroom, he was able to work with our ideas and suggest some other ideas that we hadn't considered. He planned the work in and assisted us with finding the right person if he wasn't able to complete certain aspects such as the Plastering. All in all Sam provided a brilliant service and we would recommend him to anyone who is looking to remodel their bathroom or boiler system.
Sam renovated our bathroom in February 2022. We had met 4-5 bathroom fitters in October 2021 and Sam stood out as someone who instantly understood our design ideas and was enthusiastic and excited to take on the job. He showed us photos of his own bathroom which coincidently had a similar style and also used the same crosswater products which was reassuring. We felt at ease with Sam and knowing it would be a big job, we knew we had to choose someone who was approachable and communicated well. We ordered all our bathroom fittings through BBS and as Sam works with them regularly, it made it easier. The installation took two weeks. My husband was available most days to discuss decisions along the way and I had plenty of WhatsApp msgs with Sam, which made it easier too. Sam and his team, Kieran and Cameron were professional, respectful and tidy. There were a couple of unfortunate challenges along the way but Sam’s moto ‘no problems, only solutions’ meant we were able to achieve the look we wanted without too much compromise. A big investment but we’re super happy with the end result!
