    Worst experience ever. Complete and utter joke. Three weeks later and still no windscreen fixed. They bodged my booking firstly making me wait 2 weeks longer. Then underestimated how many blokes they need then sent three. They told me I need space for a canopy to the side of my car. They then want me to drive my damaged car around looking for space. Sent three blokes out just to tell me they can't change it. With not even a sorry. Just "its raining". I need to have a private road to do it. Complete joke but nothings funny. USELESS COMPANY. Lucky I got a carpark behind me. One more time. LUCKY I GOT A CAR PARK BEHIND ME. Else the boys couldn't of done it. So what have we learned... MAKE SURE YOU GOT A SPARE CAR PARK OR TWO AND YOU'LL BE FINE... Haha utter joke.

    I booked autoglass to replace my windscreen. Person on the phone did not explain properly how the payment will be collected from my insurance. As result I paid all and realised that I can't claim it back. Unable to talk to anyone at Autglass. Unable to raise issue or ask for refund as no longer need extra service. Really difficult to deal with and Unable to speak with anyone to help you. Will never use it again.

    Excellent service, Gary was brilliant. Quick and tidy. The only problem was there is no waiting room there. Luckily McDonald's is a short walk away.

    Auto glass Bristol 5 star service really happy and helpful couldn’t falt them ! :) But when it comes to customer service when you phone horrible!. We waited a month for repair lied to talked down to and just treated badly. If i had a choice I would go elsewhere but where ?. Thank you Bristol for being so awesome just wish the people on the phone could be so good! :(

    Unprofessional service, lack of communication, poor customer service and very bad management of complaints. I have contacted Autoglass for a window glass and seal repairs, have been waiting for 2 months with 5 failed appointments. Every time I called them they provided me with inaccurate information and mislead me, no clear communication between call handlers and they left me with anxiety issues to deal with. Autoglass kept referring to my insurance, who called them on many occasions to confirm the job and instructions, but Autoglass kept failing the repair for silly mistakes on their behalf like, wrong glass, wrong colour, wrong side.... Etc. So disappointed with Autoglass, and will not recommend at all as they are very unprofessional.

    Arranged online time to suit you even weekends - easy claim through insurance just enter reg and they do the rest. Helpful, nice and friendly chaps. Job done nice and quick. Looks great. Hopefully not but if needed I’d definitely go again! Thanks

    Unreliable service provider and lack of communications. My initial appointment was on 27th June and there’s no update until I called them the day before, they told me that the windscreen was out of stock and asked me to wait for their update. My MOT appointment was due on 13th July, so I contacted Autoglass again on 5th July and scheduled the appointment for 14th July, and they told me that their schedule team will call back to confirm the time slot. Again, no update from Autoglass so I manage to contact them on 8th July and they told me that the appointment was postponed to 19th July! I urged them to prioritize my appointment as I can’t arrange MOT until the windscreen fixed, and they finally completed the job on 15th July. Unprofessional service, not recommended.
