I visited Ernest Jones in Bath today to get the links removed on my first-ever watches, and I had an absolutely brilliant experience! David assisted me and was amazing from start to finish. He removed the links quickly and efficiently, making sure I could try the watches on to ensure a perfect fit. I was seen by the Store Manager, David, today at Ernest Jones, and I must say I was completely overjoyed with the customer service I received. I was very much welcomed and had a fantastic chat about watch brands. I ended up purchasing two lovely watches that I have had my eye on for a while. A full metal G-Shock GMW-B5000D-1ER and a Bulova Lunar Pilot. Suffice it to say, I'll be back for sure!
What can I say really. 5 rings out of stock, why are they still on display?? Ordered and paid for it to be delivered today at Coventry store. Phonecall 9.30 this morning to say Bath store made an error, ring not available. So disappointed and upset.
Went in for a watch bracelet readjustment and was welcomed warmly and treated fantastically by all the staff, especially the manager. Will definitely shop here for watches in future when back in Bath.

This morning, looking for a statement timepiece for our son's 21st in a few weeks time. Maria was so helpful and great customer service. Chose a beautiful Rado with a skeleton style face and a ceramic bracelet. Asked off-hand if they did NHS Blue Light and they did! 15% off. Thanks again to Maria for her customer service.
Getting really disappointed with Ernest Jones. My fiancé got me a ring and it needed to be re-sized, which is ok to do back at the shop. The customer service lady said it will be ready in 3 weeks. I mean, 3 weeks is extremely long in any case, but earlier this week I had given them a call and was advised it's taking them loner so 4 weeks total wait. On top of that got a call today to say it's delayed again to 5 weeks. Is it some kind of joke? I wasn't asking to re-design the ring or do anything special. It's one size down!!
