   I went in to see if they could fix a necklace I bought from somewhere else as the clasp had fallen off. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Ava helped to explain the different metal types and what would be possible, as it was stainless steel instead of silver. Brooke did an amazing job and fixed the necklace for me and Alfie even put it in a little box for me to take it home in and all free of charge. Amazing service from three very helpful and lovely people!

   I went in the store to explore the options of wedding bands. Olivia was working with me from start to finish exploring all models of what I had in mind as I have a forever diamond ring I was unsure what would look best. She made sure she listened and cared for what I thought making sure I knew the specific bands I was trying on. We ended up going for a specially made band to fit my engagement ring perfectly so I was 100% happy with the purchase. Olivia was so kind and helpful with all the questions and queries. I’d highly recommend going in to anyone going through the wedding planning process!

   Friendly and helpful staff. It can get quite busy here,but the staff still take their time to help you with your enquiry. The carpet that is laid on the floor makes it difficult to push a wheelchair around though, not sure if it is because it is thick or perhaps too soft? The cabinets are well laid out with plenty of jewellery on display, making it eye catching and pleasant to look at. They do fix jewellery here too, some items they can fix in store but some items need to be sent away.
