   Fraser Hart – Cribbs Causeway, Bristol I had an excellent experience at Fraser Hart, Cribbs Causeway, and was pleased to re-establish a long-standing buying relationship with the team. I had been searching for a specific Norqain watch for some time, and once again Fraser Hart delivered. Shohan supported my search throughout with outstanding customer service, keeping me informed with regular updates right up to the day I collected the watch. His knowledge of the brand was exceptional and he provided valuable insight, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The watch itself is absolutely fantastic. During my visit, I also had the opportunity to view several Tudor models and instantly fell in love with the Tudor Black Bay Chronograph, which I was delighted to purchase as well. It was great to meet Sam again, whom I had previously met a few years ago at another store, as well as Heather, who has been with Fraser Hart for many years. The whole team were welcoming, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. My sincere thanks to everyone at Fraser Hart — I look forward to seeing you all again soon.

   I stopped by to browse the window display today and was warmly invited inside by Shahan to try on a few watches that caught my eye. While I didn’t make a purchase this time—since I’m specifically after a Tudor with a blue dial—I was genuinely impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner. He even introduced me to Norqain, which I found very tempting, though I’ve decided to hold out for the Black Bay Tudor. As someone who works in sales myself (in a different industry), I really appreciated his customer-first approach and the way he made the experience both welcoming and informative.    Five star experience at Fraser Hart in Cribbs Causeway in Bristol. Only popped in for lunch, but had such a great chat with Matthew about their Tudor watch range (which is extensive), and of which he was incredibly knowledgeable, I decided to purchase a Tudor Pelagos. Absolutely delighted with it. 5*****

   Great experience. Aida was excellent, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to explain all options, took measurements and checked stock available. She really helped us make an informed decision. However as our size would have to be specially ordered and Fraser Hart was the first shop we had been to, we decided to try others. We came back purely because of the service Aida provided. After purchase she and Eloise kept us informed and provided a tracking reference so we felt reassured at every step. Would completely recommend. Thank you.

   We called in at Fraser Hart last Saturday for my partner “just to look” at a couple of watches. We were met by Craig who asked if he could assist, so after we had shown him the watches he asked us to sit down and offered us a drink while he went to fetch them. He was very knowledgable about both watches and politely took us through all the details we asked about and more. My partner decided to purchase one of the watches and while Craig was finalising the deal I saw a ring I liked and we decided to buy that also. Craig and the other assistants were very polite and couldn’t have been more helpful. A great experience. Thank you Craig

   Having previously bought my wedding ring from here the experience is somewhat disappointing this time. I went in to pick up my ring… which I was looking forward too. However the first thing they said is that they would call me when it arrives in store… this never happen. I had to call them to be told that they did phone me, I don’t know who they phoned but it wasn’t me. I went in to today to pick up, tried it on I was very happy with the ring. Then the young man said do you want it in a box HELLO ??! Yes!!! Then gives it to me in a bag with no ribbon and no information on care or after care for the ring no other information. Is it because I wasn’t dress like someone who has money ??? I will be phoning tomorrow to discuss this with a manger.

   After many hours of studying watches i decided on a Tudor. I visited Frazer Hart of Cribbs Causeway as they're my local dealer. I was greeted by Craig Noble, one of the sales advisers. He was a watch fan, had a nice watch on himself and was very helpful. You could tell how enthusiastic he was, very knowledgeable, showed me 4 or 5 watches, didn't pressure me and allowed me thinking time about spending quite a large amount of money. I decided on a Tudor Black Bay GMT which i bought, i promised him i'd give him and his team a review, so here it is. 5 stars. Give them a visit.

   After a disaster with another store when purchasing my engagement ring we went into Fraser Hart and met Heather. She was amazing, really helpful, honest and informative. She was great with my partners humour and gave us in faith in our purchase. He purchased my engagement ring and we went back to purchase my wedding band. So happy with what we’ve chosen and am now looking forward to our wedding day ☺️ Highly recommend Fraser Hart and Heather for all that she did for us.
