I got my rook pierced at A&M with Felicia who was so sweet and professional. She answered questions I had about the piercing and walked me through what she was doing, which put my mind to ease! Thank you so much ❤️

Had such a lovely experience here today. I booked an appointment as I have two cartilage piercings that haven’t had anything in them for some time. Felicia was SO lovely and checked that earrings would still fit through them, then after I picked a couple of earrings (Felicia recommended which size she thought would fit) she put them in for me. She waived the piercing cost as we didn’t need to re-pierce anything and she was just such a star. If in doubt book an appointment if you think you may need help getting earrings in and you won’t be disappointed

I had gotten a piercing at a different A&M store almost a year ago. I had a bump on it for the last 10 months even though I wasn’t sleeping on it and I cleaned it correctly as advised. I was in Bath for a daily trip and booked a check up appointment with Felicia. She was fantastic. She looked at my piercing and advised me what else I can do. It’s been about a month now and I can see that it’s significantly gone down. If I lived in Bath, I’d definitely go to her for my future piercings. She’s brilliant. I’m taking one star away because of the store assistants. When I tried to book my appointment, they made the process really difficult. I shouldn’t have to explain my piercing issues to a member of staff who’s got no clue about piercings. She tried to charge me for a downsizing post when I wasn’t even there to downsize (their website says the opposite anyways). If they don’t know what they are doing, they should leave people alone…

I went to the A & M store in Bath today to get a conch piercing with Nita. She was so lovely and friendly and made the whole experience special. Beautiful jewellery and beautiful store. Worth the extra money.

Excellent service in Bath from Nita. Our 10 year old has been asking to have her ears pierced for years. We eventually agreed for her birthday and she went last weekend (in April 25). Nita did the piercing. She was excellent and had just the right balance of a kind and a slow approach and direct when she needed to be. She allowed both parents to be with her which mattered to our daughter and was patient and understanding when our daughter had a last minute wobble saying just the right things to remind her it was all her own choice and she didn't have to go ahead. She was patient with our daughter. As a mum, I worry about things like infections and similar but Nita gave our daughter such clear instructions on after care along with the supplies that she has done it all herself (with me just checking after). We have had no issues whatsoever. There was no bleeding on the day (or if there was I didn't see it), there are no crusty bits at all. It was very neat. It is all healing perfectly. We have been VERY impressed. For any mums considering where to go in Bath, this is a really good experience. We are asked to return in 5 to 6 weeks to check all is well then which I also like as it means I have someone to ask questions to if there was an issue but it doesn't look like there will be any problems. Highly recommend. Nita definitely knows what she is doing.
