I went there today , I was about to pay, the cashier asked me to enter my email adress . I declined as this is a personal.information that I do not share. I asked for a paper receipt. I was told that I could not get a paper receipt. I asked the cashier to clarify "so if I do not give my email adress , I can t have a receipt? " the cashier confirmed adding " or I can sell the items without receipt" . As a customer, I can not be coerced into providing my oersonnsl details. Surely this contrevenes to the GDPR rules? Also , I read your policy , and at no point , I can see that you can refuse to provide paper receipts. ? Where is this coming from? Customers CAN opt out and get a paper receipt. People! don't get coerced into giving your details .

“wonderful” in-store experiences: friendly, helpful staff at certain branches, especially when it comes to helping pick jewellery or doing piercings.

Do NOT go here the get a piercing. They use piercing guns, which is renowned for having poor acceptance and high rejection rates due to the trauma caused to the piercing site. Not to mention they use this on cartilage which is just a big no. My partner has had their ear pierced there and has at least 11 other piercings in their ear and this is the first time that any form of rejection has happened.

I took my 8 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. She was nervous but the lady doing the piercing was great at reassuring her, offering to explain the whole process or just do it, depending what she wanted. She was very professional and it was very hygienic. The choice of piercing earrings is great, as they aren’t big and bulky but quite flat and pretty so it’s not obvious it’s the first pair. I was impressed. Easy to keep clean with the spray that’s given as part of the package.

I took my 10 year old daughter to the Bristol store for ear piercing. She was very nervous. The staff were absolutely brilliant with her and two of them pierced both ears at the same time. A third member of staff seeing how nervous she was also came over to reassure her. She was so pleased with her new earrings. Thanks to all of them for being so patient. I have recommended you to other parents.

there were 2 members of staff next to the buy 5 for £10 at 3pm today who were extreme rude and blocking the jewellery and when both I and 4 other customers asked if they could please move they repetitively ignored us and continued gossiping about their weekends, definitely would not go here again as it was extremely rude and they didn’t listen at all.

I had two piercing done today and the first one went great. Then the second one was a disaster and it hurts so much. They couldn’t get the gun out as it was stuck, they knew about this. The piercing lady accidentally said this happened few other times as well. This is ridiculous why are they not even doing anything about it. It caused me a lot of pain, all they offered was a apology. If anything goes wrong with my ears I will definitely take action for this. I wasn’t very happy with the service.

Got 4 ear piercings in some pretty tricky parts of the ear as well. Amazing service, the girls working couldn't be more helpful and polite. I was done in under 10 minutes, couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Keep it up and thank you, will definitely be back.

Came here last week after everything reopened. My first time in this shop. They had many offers for metal jewelry. Many teenagers inside. Bought 3 pairs of earrings of " silver" at 9 pounds. I doubt they were silver but bought them to see. The cashier gave to all the teenagers small bags with their metal jewellery yet when I payed as a full grown adult she gave me back the jewellery with no bag so had to shove them in my purse. Went home and every pair was faulty. One was bent so when I wanted to put in my ear it would stay bent and ugly looking, another pair had marks with metal stains which indicates they false advertise they sell silver 925! Another pair the locking of the earing was blocked faulty so I couldn't open it. Ended up throwing everything away. If you are looking for anything else other than metal then don't come here!
