    Me and my boyfriend came in last week looking for a ring for myself. Our server who I believe her name is Corina was absolutely amazing. We took a while to decide which one to go for as we were stuck between two different ones. We were so indecisive and she was so patient with us, showed and recommended different rings to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Me and my boyfriend thought the overall experience was so nice, the customer service and understanding was on point and I absolutely love my ring very happy with what I left with!

    The team shall consider some basic customer service re-training. Especially basic simple hello or smile to greet customer rather than ignoring or giving them a blank face. Same poor customer experience happened at St David's Cardiff.

    Incredibly rude store manager! 0 customer service! Went in for a simple size exchange, when we were asked to return what we bought and repurchase we asked why this was. She became really rude when we didn’t understand that that was the policy. She had no time for us once we questioned the policy. She said to us β€œI am the manager I think I know best” and She then laughed and said β€œwell if it’s out of your budget” which made me feel extremely small. I then asked if I could just see what size I am and I can do it myself online and she began slamming down the ring sizes on the desk and huffing at me which again made me want to cry. I said to her I’m really not trying to give her any grief and she ignored me. My partner then asked her another question which she just ignored. This ring was my gift for giving birth to my son and I feel like the whole experience in the store ruined it. I’ve worked in customer service before and I will always give benefit of the doubt especially around the holidays but this whole experience was completely unacceptable! But I’m sure as she’s the manager nothing will come from this.

    When you're browsing and want to look at a few items, it's okay if the customer doesn't want to buy it. Some people need time to think. Experienced some intense sales person here who didn't seem to understand this concept. Give people space.
