I've ordered several times recently. Once an item wasn't in stock and I was informed quickly and a refund was done in a very timely maner without me having to do or say anything. Another time another item in a particular colour was out of stock and I was asked if another similar colour would be ok or did I want a refund. I asked for the substitute and it was just as good as the item I has originally ordered. All the orders arrived a couple of days after ordering. I will certainly use them again and recommend to family and friends
An absolutely amazing shop. Fantastically stocked with an enormous amount of beading supplies, tools and sundries. Kits and full projects for all skill levels. I wish I had taken more photos to share, but just a quick reference snap I took of the swede cords.. look at the range!!! Staff are lovely and very knowledgeable, prices are excellent, and I can not recommend Tanzee highly enough.

Had a wonderful afternoon where 6 of us were brilliantly supported to produce bracelets. 5 of us were complete novices and 5 different designs were being worked on, but Ann was calm, kind and an excellent instructor. We've all gone away happy and with a new hobby
My social group and I recently booked an after-hours session to make some beautiful Christmas tree decorations. The lady not only allowed us to do this, but set out all the equipment and stood by for two whole hours, offering advice and fetching more beads if needed. This was all done for an incredibly low price, frankly. Should be noted that we needed to take a lateral flow that day and agree to wear masks, which is more than fair. I am very grateful to the lovely lady running the shop. We will definitely be doing this again another year.
The most amazing array of beads and accessories I have ever seen. If you do crafts or beading on a serious level you won't be disappointed.
