   Went to Morrisons daily in chipping sodbury to send a Yodel package only to be belittled by the cashier in front of other costumers. As soon as I walked through the door she said " IM NOT SENDING THAT PACKAGE ITS TO BIG". I said to her where am I spouse to send it then... she said I don't know.. and then I explained to her the box dimensions is way below the limit as I done research before I went there. The yodal website says...."Store to Store and Store to Door services have a maximum size of 60x50x50 cm and a weight limit of 10 kg". My box was 55x35x35 cm 6kg. Then she said "okay then the driver won't be happy when he picks this up" . after she scanned the box, she said take it off counter and put by the side. As she didn't want to touch it. I said to her is this safe here because it was not behind the counter. Yes she said!!!! I'm hoping this package gets to the costumer in one piece. This happened on 17th June 2025 at about 16:45. This will be the last time I visit this shop.

   Never try to organise and expect newspaper deliveries from them. Trying to sort out billing is even worse. Any expectation of billing and invoices you can lose along with any serious response when concerns are raised.

   Look elsewhere for news delivery. Extremely unreliable which is not ideal for an older person. Invoices inaccurate and papers undelivered were invoiced for. It’s a shame, as we would like to support local business but unless you are fit and happy to collect your paper when they don’t deliver, and keep a track of exactly which papers you receive, I would avoid. Finally, exceptionally rude staff member when I called to cancel.

   Always have a excuse for not taking parcels in. If you cant ever take them whats the point in doing it? Some staff also have a attitude when having to do it. Needs to improve!

   Went into this branch of Mc Colls. Saw lady in front of me handing over her parcels so I thought it was now the post office locally. When I asked her if I could leave a letter to post she said no we only for parcels. This was fine, easy mistake. On leaving I overheard her tutting to the customer behind and said " I ain't saying nothing " in her broad west country accent. This was obviously in reference to my mistake. Very rude
