   I shop at Sainsburys town centre store a couple of times a week. The staff are lovely. They are always ready to help. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The prices are comparable to most other supermarkets. If something is a bit more expensive it's usually better quality . Last week, best quality olive oil was on offer for £5. Large tins of soup 63p. Some very good deals. Thank you Danielle ( and other staff members ) for always being so helpful Mary ❤️

   had an extremely disappointing experience at Sainsbury’s. The way I was treated by both the manager and staff was completely unacceptable. Instead of being treated with basic respect, I was met with distrust, aggression, and a dismissive attitude. The staff were unprofessional, unpolite, and confrontational, which made the situation unnecessarily stressful. A manager should set an example of fairness and courtesy, but in this case, the behavior only amplified the hostility. I left the store feeling disrespected and unwelcome, which is not what any customer should experience. Sainsbury’s needs to take a serious look at how their staff are trained to handle customers — because the conduct I witnessed was the opposite of professional service.

   Been a Regular customer hear for over 10 years. My last few visits I have found the Manager extremely Rude on my latest visit while he was serving me he didn't ever bother to look at me. He was more interested in talking to his colleagues about another issue on the next till over. I tried to ask him about the price of the product I was trying to purchase and was completely ignored. I gave up in trying to ask if the price was correct in the end as did not have the energy and he was more interested in talking over me to his colleagues. As said at the start of this review this is not the first time he has been rude to me. And will be taking this matter further with customer services. Disgusting service from Sainsbury's will be advoiding this store from now on its gone Terrible.

   It's very convenient where is located. But the staff are useless. Particularly the security officer .he literally stands by the door you have squeeze to get in or out i find it very intimidating. I hope Sainsbury's bosses look at it.

   Served by an extremely rude member of staff... and it's not the first time! While serving me she was shouting over me, in my face almost, to another member of staff at the other end of the store. Come on Sainsbury's!!! Is this really the best that you can muster??? Looking at the other reviews I'm not alone in my experiences!

   This place was convenient for me to drop by to get things I needed for the day ,or whatever I needed for my very recent trip to Newport,so I frequented there during my stay !! But, some employees there were not very friendly at all !! Although I saw she was very nice to some another customer( an old lady ). She was looking like upset at me & didn't wanna help me at all ! Lol. She didn't even smile back when I smiled at her 1st ! I smile all the time for living in L.A.for too long maybe !! ? Lol. Shame that she was a pretty girl. When I was at her age ,I was told to smile more often by Americans ,so maybe it's her age ? Lol. She was from middle eastern ,I believe because of her head covering . When I was leaving after paying I said " Thank you " as always I do ,but she remained silent !! Lol. Anyway ,she made me feel very unwelcome there ! I really liked this store & Sainsbury locals ( I visited them in Cardiff & London at Paddingtonstation, too ! ), so it was a let down ! Not just her ,there was another male worker was like that ,too. Others were nice !

   Dreadful shop, shelves are always empty, the staff are very unhelpful and all stand around chatting. The large security guard is very rude and stares at you, made me very uncomfortable
