   It's a great shop but difficult to get round at Christmas with staff restocking the shelves and the great big trolleys in the way. They aren't happy to have to move for trolleys, buggies or wheelchairs.

   Convenient location and alright for picking up a few extra groceries as a supplement to my main shop but not enough manned tills. Only one member of staff at the checkout trying to resolve customer questions and queries. Not good enough and certainly not very inclusive. Self service check outs are not always easy to use and, at times, can cause confusion for the customer. A well established company like M&S should be able to afford to employ more staff to serve customers particularly during busy periods.

   Approx four months back, a medium sized Chicken was £4:00. It was increased to £4:25 approx 6 - 7 weeks back. Went in there today, Friday 7th September, to purchase another medium size Chicken. It has been increased by a staggering £1:75 to £6:00. Many items have increased in price more than once but what a staggering price increase of £1:75 EDIT: Having just raised the issue with M&S, the batch of Chickens in store were wrongly priced. I've been issued with a code for a £1:75p refund

   Lovely little store for picking a few things up, instead of going to the larger main superstores. The staff were all lovely and helpful, but with only ONE WORKING TILL FOR CASH ONLY CUSTOMERS, the queue was utterly atrocious! Thankfully there was the one poor member of staff, to help us all, with the tills throwing up technical errors at the self service tills, it was incredibly frustrating! Plus it's certainly made me think twice about going there again, we need more manned tills, or more WORKING TILLS, instead of leaving so many self service tills - OUT OF ORDER that accept card and cash please! Come on M & S, you can do so much better than this...
