This store is not abysmal. Lots of trolleys, friendly and so many baskets available. There’s also a cafe in the shop as well as an Amazon locker. Both doors are working and people letting us through.
Easy shopping experience, managed to get everything we wanted. Cafe very good for breakfast or a mid morning snack.
First attempt at a large Amazon order today, address is perfect, door was open, drivers like Mohammed lying are not helping their cause. 0 stars, disgusting, left with nothing in the house now.

This store is absolutely abysmal, there were no trolleys at all today, not even in the car park, there were only about five baskets. I had to carry all my shopping in a small basket and I have a bad shoulder so it was a really rushed shop and I couldn’t get everything I needed. The store has had a broken front door for about two weeks now which looks awful and when it’s busy there are too many people trying to enter and leave the one entrance. This store really needs new management and a spruce up, there are always boxes and trolleys left around the store and usually a lot of empty shelves. Please, please sort it out!
My fourth time in the cafe. The food and drinks, especially pot of decent tea, are excellent value for money. The staff work their socks off whilst still being polite and helpful. Hopefully the cafe team will expand soon. anticipate
Disappointed with the selection of fresh vegetables. The cafe has sadly gone downhill. Portion sizes are smaller than they used to be. Food doesn't come out very hot. Quality of food is cheap, for example, the bread they use for toast is thin slice brown bread. The coffee doesn't stay hot for long. Tables are often dirty and haven't been cleared. Service is not great.
There always seems to be some chiller cabinet leaking. The store has good days and bad days. I do, however, like the self-service, which means I almost never have to queue.
I visited here recently 23 December the store was very very busy. But they seemed to be well staffed and coping very well with the heavy foot fall . The only downside was parking even though they do have large parking. The que getting in and out due to lights by the entrance was causing chaos. In my opinion a few members of staff organisation of the car park would of made things flow so much better. I only popped in for one item which apon entry of car park to leaving took a hour
Horrendous staff. Male manager literally pushed a trolley into my my walkway, stared at me as much to say, what are you gonna do about, before chatting to a staff member and forcing me to go another way around. Then, at the till the lady at the do it yourself counter (she wore a stupid hat) basically accused me of trying to rip off the shop because I questioned a price of bin liners that were incorrectly priced. Never again will I shop there. Disgusting, repugnant staff.
