Lovely forest walks! Couple of small ponds with some ducks. Some cows in secluded areas on arrival. Very nice atmosphere, got some energy from nature ❤️

Great birdwatching and walking area, a few lakes in one place. It's sometimes muddy after rain but wellies will help but it is worth. There is nothing better than fraternity with nature and a little rest before a week full of work. Parking, toilet and drinks shop nearby.

Just beautiful. Could have sat here all day. Rickmansworth Aquadrome is just beautiful it has a lovely cafe, toilets, kayaking something for everyone. We found this little spot tucked away. Perfect

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow! I had the most amazing time exploring Stocker's Lake Nature Reserve and Rickmansworth Aquadrome. It was like stepping into a fairytale! Let me tell you, this place is a hidden gem! The nature reserve is so lush and green, and the winding pathways make for a delightful adventure. The best part? The stunning lake that reflects the sunny blue sky above. It's absolutely breathtaking! I couldn't believe my luck when I came across Rickmansworth Aquadrome within the reserve. The waterways there are simply mesmerizing, and the reflections are like something out of a dream. Picture-perfect! I spent some time sitting by the water, just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere and listening to the calming sounds of the waves. And let me tell you, this place is a photographer's paradise! Every corner is so picturesque, with blooming flowers and graceful swans adding to the beauty. I couldn't stop taking photos, but I have to admit, no camera can truly capture the magic of being there in person. If you're in need of a little escape from the daily grind, Stocker's Lake Nature Reserve and Rickmansworth Aquadrome are the perfect places to go. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! Just remember to check the parking opening hours and any guidelines before your visit.

Very peacefully place to go and you can walk round the nature reserve which is mainly surrounded with wooded areas and there are some hives dotted round the lake where bird watchers sit. There are various birds that habitat there including the common grey heron. If you stand at the southern end of the lake at sunset it is a wonderful sight to see the sun set and the lake looks lovely at sunset.

Beautiful place with a narrow and dense way next to the lake. I have been in this area a couple of times and it's so big that you can't visit all the interesting places in one go. Sprint and summer are probably the best time to enjoy this walk.

Accessible; popular though nevertheless peaceful; a variety of birdlife, both resident and migrant, provide plenty of photographic opportunities

A pleasant walk around with many scenic views. Several hides along the south side. Worthwhile doing a small detour to see the Hanging Monkey.
