The best pizza, I order all the time and it never misses. The food is always worth the wait and cooked to perfection.
Unless you're looking to spend the night being sick and needing to send a friend to Tesco to buy £21 worth of Buscopan and other stomach tablets, I would highly recommend avoiding this place. The pizza I received from Pizzarella was of extremely poor quality, with a frozen base, and I ended up violently ill shortly after eating. I had to miss an appointment the next day due to the severity of my symptoms. I’ve already reported the incident to the FSA. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. (Avoid)
Secret shopper employed by Just Eat ordered a medium pizza and chips with a sauce. Payment taken. Restaurant contacted 7 mins later to say no chips or sauce available and driver will bring cash refund Called back. Was told refund would be delivered by driver and it will be cash. Driver didn’t k own what his name was never mind a refund. Contacted restaurant- store manager was too busy to speak to me as she was closing the shop. Name given. The person speaking to me gave her name and said she’d not been working at the shop that long. But it was over a year!
To start of with this order was an absolute disgrace sending pizzas like this to a customer it was thrown together and the wife refused to eat any of it. I myself ate a few bits as I was hungry. I'm very disappointed and I know a 9 year old that makes better steak dinners than Pizzarellas food
Asked for Pizza, had to explain to staff what that was. After they gave it to another customer they made me another. It doesn't smell or taste like food so I had to bin it after 2 bites. Won't be back
Pretty poor service. Ordered and paid for pizza at the counter. Was told waiting time would be 10 minutes which was very acceptable. Nearly 30 minutes later I was asked what I was waiting for. What wasn't acceptable - it took 42 minutes. Great pizza but won't be back. Rediculous service and not even an apology
We ordered pizza and peppered chips. It came and the chips tasted and smelt like cigarettes, yes that's right CIGARETTES. We rang the shop to inform them and they dismissed us. Will never be eating from here again. Poor food and customer service
Was going to give 1 star but their food is great. Sadly my recent experience with Pizzarella is their service is in a rapid Decline, this could be due to demand around Covid. Placed order around 1900 (daughters bed time) on their App. Order accepted and instead of 1945 new estimated time 2000. ( No problem their busy) 2015 - call up 3 times (handlers hung up twice), asked for an update on my order it had not gone into the oven yet. I wasn't happy and starving but fine asked when can I expect this, new time 2100. Asked what they can do as my order will now be expected an hour later on which they offered a family run of Ice cream. (Accepted) Delivery arrived around 2050, drive apologize (no need not his fault) Original order there and warm though no Ice cream. Expected as much. As always their food is second to none, but having used them over the years the service has really taken a nose dive with reviews showing as much. I'll happily re-review down the line but for now I'll sadly be using another restaurant.
