   i ordered through just eat, we waited half an hour for our 2 waffles a slushy and a milkshake. three of the items arrived the slushy was left out. the driver said they had forgot it and to phone the restaurant to say that it was not delivered. when i phoned they staff where unorganised i was asked to hold and when i did a different person picked up the phone and kept telling me to wait a second just a second and then hung up out of the blue i was left wondering if i would even revive my slushy i waited ten minutes and tried to phone multiple times to no answer from the restaurant then the driver showed up unapologetic for the mess up

   The order is so wrong so often it’s more of a raffle than an organised business. Back to dominos moving forward the pizza we got tonight had two bases and half the toppings. Literally couldn’t have got it more wrong if they sent us beans on toast

   Awful service tonight. Phoned an order of pepperoni pizza and messy fries. Was told to collect after 25 minutes. Intentionally left it longer because as a regular customer I know that orders are NEVER ready for collection when they tell you it will be. Arrived at the shop after 45 minutes and pizza was STILL not ready. Didn't leave the shop with my complete order until 55 minutes after it was phoned in. Upon returning home the messy fries amd chicken were stone cold because they had been sitting ready whilst the pizza was STILL cooking! Had to be heated in microwave!! Pizza only had 1 slice of pepperoni per slice. Absolute disgrace! 3rd time in a row now our pizza has been like this. I only live 2 minutes from the shop and have always been a firm believer in supporting local businesses but this is now the 5th time in a row I have been let down by them for one thing or another. I have always given them yet another chance to redeem themselves but tonight will be the last time I give them my trade. Would've been better throwing my money down the toilet!

   I ordered two pizzas for delivery, one was pepperoni and the other was salami. The salami pizza was nice but the pepperoni was dry and burnt. I called the shop to let them know and was told that's how the pepperoni goes. I wasn't offered anything in its place, the girl said sorry and the call ended. Mistakes are one thing but to be told the pizza wasn't burnt is nonsense. I wouldn't bother ordering for delivery as if something is wrong they won't take it seriously.

   Ordered Sicilian pizza tonight and it was nicest pizza I've had in a long long time. Just as good as (if not better) than the famous Little Italy in town. Will def be back again soon. Garlic dip beautiful as well - grand job guys!
