Delivery drivers dont have a clue what they're doing!! literally watched the driver go towards neighbours house with my order, even though I told him 3 times it was my order, he didnt listen, only for the neighbour to say it wasnt hers and the driver hand me it after ???? Be for real here, read peoples address properly !!!
Food never arrived and when I phoned the restaurant they said their delivery driver tried to deliver. The driver never even went to the door instead tried to phone us and when he didn't get a response drove off. Pure laziness. Every other food delivery service goes to the door and rings why would they have not tried that first? While on the phone to the restaurant we mentioned that the status of our order still said it was being prepared. During the call the status changed to our food being delivered as they have only then decided to change it in the restaurant when we called. In the end we didn't get a refund, they wouldn't redeliver our the food again due to them refusing to make it again... "LOSS OF PRODUCT" Surely this would have all been avoided if the delivery actually made it to the door. What a waste of money and time. Disgraceful customer service. Don't even bother ordering here. After looking at other reviews everyone seems to be having the same bad experience. How are you guys still in business?
This is the first time I’ve ever left a review, so last night ordered a few desserts, popcorn, hot nuts and a milkshake. Then when they were delivered I noticed there was only 2 boxes (with the desserts) and the bag had 2 tins of coke and a garlic dip (who doesn’t love garlic dip with dessert??) and no popcorn, hot nuts or milkshake. Phoned the place only for the driver to say in the background he gave me the right bag, because who doesn’t love garlic and herb dip with chocolate brownie dessert. Then after about 3 minutes on mute they came back and said they’d send all missing items. Fair enough. Different driver comes with only a milkshake and says he’ll say about the missing items in the morning as they’re closed now? I’m not one to kick up stink over nothing but now I’ve just blatantly been robbed over 2 items. So either they don’t pay their drivers enough, or their staff are just incompetent. Absolute joke of a place, I’m not even from Belfast so I advise anyone visiting or ordering from here just don’t waste your time.
This owner of this pizza shop should actually be embarrassed. Went in for food last night and what I got was the farthest thing from what I ordered. Whilst in the shop, the women who appeared to be in charge was speaking to customers and also the staff like they were not human, so rude and speaking down to the staff like they were stupid yet they were doing a better job than her! also heard her telling the staff to water down the sauces which is actually just stinking! So if you want rude management, watery sauce and soaking wet chips then this is the place for you!
Ordered pizza and they deliverd it to wrong address and refused refund when i bought it with my card !! Dont order from this shop and dont pay for it until you reseve ur food!!!
Being the closest pizzeria to my place, I often chose them for my eager of pizza. Almost every time, there was something wrong with the order/delivery/toppings/dietary, but I kept buying as the quality of the ingredients was always better than the average. This time, I asked for a simple, classic Margherita and a garlic bread: coming back home, i realized I had received 2 Margheritas. Not trusting my eyes and nose, I took a bite and confirmed it was not a garlic bread, not even a chance. Immediately I came back, asking for what I paid for, and I was told by the nice lady behind the counter that "there was definitely some garlic, hence garlic bread". Horrified by the answer (the garlic is the MAIN ingredient for garlic bread), I just left, and this is surely the last time. I'm not used to write those reviews, but that's enough.
I love ordering from this place, they always give extra sweets and little things with nice notes on the lids. This place is great if u just feel in the mood for something sweet.
Ordered food online for Antrim Road, said pick up at 7.30. Went at 7.30, girl asked where I'd Ordered, she then looked on her comp and said OK. Then I watched her print the order off and start it!! She put our desserts (ice cream and milkshakes!) on the side... so 23mins later when my order had been cooked, milkshake and ice cream fully melted so they went in bin. Pizza was awful, that went in bin and the chicken pieces were just covered in way too much sauce, so they went in bin. Waste of nearly £40! Should of just gone dominoes at side!
staff are very sectarian and the boss was laughing and making fun of costumers after they’d left, the kitchen is also dirty, some of a slush puppy was spilt into a customers milkshake and instead of pouring it out and making a new one the workers just mixed it in. The last time i ordered from here I ordered a Ferrero Roche milkshake and at the bottom was mint aero so the machine wasn’t cleaned out before making a new milkshake. The place is filthy and wouldn’t recommend ordering or working there.
