Fix up your shop there is ripped up chairs and tables the tables looked to be 2nd handed don't get cleaned we asked for a meatfest and we got 3-4 half slices of a peproni on it the place looks neglected and not clean no wonder no one gose in this shop the food was as I expected wouldn't go again
This pizza place has been my go to spot for around 3 years now, and I can confidently say they’ve never let me down. The food is always fresh and the pizza is absolutely delicious. The price for the portions you get is also very good. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!
Order from Pizza palace at your own peril. Ordered 2 boxes of large pizza from pizza palace Wolverhampton since 18:00 and yet to take delivery now at 20:18 Slept & woke up & bored the app was still spinning &waiting to confirm order from restaurant. I called and the guy who picked want very courteous as we could not hear each other very well besides his English was poor. He dropped the line & i called back. He said their machine wasn't working hence they didn't get the order. He took my number & promised to call back. I got a call shortly after & was told the pizza will get to me in the next half an hr. I called back an hr after that to say that am yet to take the delivery & besides am no longer interested as the children have started going to bed. They couldn't even guide me to cancel but dropped the phone on me again. I got another call @ 20:01 telling me the pizza will be delivered shortly and I demanded to know the time & I was told 10mins told. This is already 20:26& the pizza is not yet here. The pizza was meant to be a surprise to spice up the evening for the children unfortunately the pizza is not here & kids have gone to sleep. Pls refund my money as am no longer interested even if your pizza is the best in the whole world
Terrible. Spent £50 on pizzas that had hardly any topping. The one in the pic was supposed for be an Asian Special. It had nothing but Jalapeños and Onions on it. The owners response…’i had to get a driver out to do the delivery’! So you offer a delivery service and then get wound up that you have to actually carry out the delivery. Ridiculous. Sent another Meat Feast pizza as a good will gesture. Again, hardly any toppings on it. Would not recommend and will not be using again.
Run down shop (see photos) , ripped seats , dirty walls , floor tiles damaged, and a great big wooden carbuncle right in the front of the shop that resembles a stage ...... what the hell is this ? The odd stage looking thing is made from chipboard and thus shouldn't really be in a food area , as it is not really hygenic to clean. The electrical socket above an ice cream freezer is filthy, and the wallpaper is peeling off on one wall. How this place has passed a food hygiene inspection by the council , I never know. Now for the service.........which was atrociously slow and it wasn't really busy. Now the food , it was edible .....and so far , I haven't had any bad stomach problems , so fingers crossed. The food was sparse too , I had medium kebab meat and chips , which cost £5 but there was hardly anything there. Got asked for salad with the meat , only to find that there weren't any tomatoes (who doesn't have tomatoes in their salad for heaven's sake). The menu on the wall is split up and needs laying out better , as the list of pizzas are divided at different ends and should be all together like other pizza establishments , so you can see the full choice. Won't be using this place again , as it's dirty , service is poor , food is mediocre and portion size is too small, and the shop needs gutting and starting again before someone is ill from the dirty surroundings. Wolves council need to visit this place and check their hygiene standards.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!! For your health. Went into the restaurant at roughly 12:30 on 2nd February 2023. The man was in the back using the mop. Fair enough. But he didn't wash his hands at all. Who knows what mess he was cleaning up. Even after handling the money I gave him he still didn't wash his hands. He then proceeded to make my pizza having handled AT THE VERY LEAST a dirty mop and both paper and coin money, without washing his hands....and with bare hands. As I was sitting there I was reading some of the other negative reviews and decided it was best to just leave. I was so angry I totally forgot to get my money back. So this restaurant has gained £5.50 from me for absolutely nothing. Despicable.
If you know what best Thin crust pizza should look n taste like then this is the place for you. Were going back to Manchester from Exter n wanted pizza n glad we went there. Best customer service, best food n hospitality. Don't take my words, just go n try it. You won't be disappointed...
This place was really really great a few years ago, the guy who made the pizza was friendly and always made the best pizzas. However recently since the new owner I went once to get the same pizza, it had almost no chese (you could even see the dough, very very little toppings). I never went back there.
Totally amazing, pizza is so light and yet super tasty, new owners and absolute delight. Thank-you for a fantastic meal. A must try!
