   Went as a group of 3 and it was my first time. Food was fantastic and our server was so friendly and helpful. He sat down and answered any questions we had about the menu and the food. I cant handle spice so I was glad I spoke to the staff as I ended up with the most delicious meal - duck Saturday Saturday soba. Can't fault restaurant, did use the ladies and it wasnt very clean but don't feel that's the staffs fault as any member of the public could go in and cause that. Food and staff fantastic and would definitely return and recommend.

   We had a really disappointing experience at Wagamama Telford. Service was incredibly slow throughout the meal, with long waits for our food and very little attentiveness from staff. But the real issue was a serious mistake with one of the starters. We ordered Koko crackers for a vegetarian in our group, but they were served with a piece of chicken mixed in. Unfortunately, the person only realised after tasting it and had to spit it out. When we raised the issue, staff insisted it was cauliflower (trying to insult our intelligence) — even though it very clearly wasn’t. It felt like they were trying to cover up a mistake rather than take responsibility. This kind of oversight is unacceptable, especially when it comes to dietary requirements. Sadly, it’s left us with no desire to return.

   Nice good, amazing tea, very nice people! But that thing that there is absolutely no order in bringing drinks and food is unbelievable :-(... Like bring-whatever-is-ready regardless of kind... Drinks coming _after_ food, plates coming so late, even _after_ others finished their plate?!?

   It was a busy evening when we visited for dinner, which was quite noticeable whilst seated. A good selection of food choices including vegetarian and vegan options. The food was nice but it did take a bit longer than I would have liked to arrive. While I prefer the more traditional style restaurants for their authenticity over these fusion types, I would still visit again to try other options from the menu that looked quite nice.

   Very well managed and served restaurant. We did not had to wait for a table even if it was Saturday night without booking. The food was excellent and served without much wait. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. We went in four and had a variety of dishes like chicken and pork gyoza's and salmon and beef noodles. Finally the delicious fried banana and ice-cream as desert. All great.

   I have tried now Wagamama Restaurants at 4 x Different locations, Telford one so far the best one. Attentive staff, food of high quality, very well presented and tasty . Very impressed with the Vegan options.
