“I ordered from Pizza Hut Willenhall yesterday. My order was the Hot Honey Pepperoni Feast pizza, hot honey breaded chicken strips, and fries. While the delivery arrived on time, I was disappointed to find my order missing the hot honey drizzle on both the pizza and chicken strips, one of the main reasons I ordered this meal, and sadly, it’s not the first time this has happened. After an already hectic and stressful day, this was just the cherry on top. But then I called and spoke to Dylan, and everything changed. From the moment he picked up, he was kind, apologetic, and genuinely empathetic. He truly listened and even added a bit of humour to our chat, especially when we joked about my choice of olives as a topping (apparently not his thing!). Dylan assured me he’d personally remake the pizza with extra hot honey and get it out to me ASAP, and he kept his word. Within 20 minutes, my order arrived with a thoughtful little note: “I hope this makes your day better.” Honestly, it did more than that. In a time where great customer service is rare, Dylan went above and beyond, and because of him, I’ll continue ordering from this branch. He deserves recognition! Pizza Hut, please take note. “Drove all the way from Birmingham to try their famous Milk Badam and Rabri Falooda, and must say it was worth the trip. The milk was on point and falooda, while a bit on the sweeter side for me was very nice and authentic in taste. What topped it all was the great service and the uncle at the counter gave us their Punjabi gajarhalwa to try and it was amazing, proper home cooked taste. I would come back just for this!”
