RUDE staff, got my order wrong twice and could have made my girlfriend seriously ill by giving a pizza with toppings she was allergic to. Second order shockingly was wrong too!! I didn’t even bother calling second time because staff was so rude and refuse to give their name. STAY away from this terrible place.
Great staff, very friendly & understanding. Esp. Lovepreeth Singh , explained & attended to us with a smile. We will be coming back for sure... good job Mr. Singh...
I ordered from Dominoes Arnold, around 7pm on a Saturday, my order was delivered really quickly and was lovely and hot. The delivery guy was lovely and friendly. Happy with all services.
Bacon on pizza was completely raw. Staff requested pics then said ‘all oven temps are fixed therefore can’t help you.’ despite photographic evidence. Zero accountability or acknowledgement.
“TANDOORI CHICKEN IS HALAL” I had an incredible experience at Domino's Arnold, and I must commend the staff for their outstanding commitment to customer service. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that they genuinely care about meeting their customers' needs. I ordered a tandoori pizza, which was labeled as halal on the packaging. However, I follow strict dietary guidelines and do not consume halal products unless they are prepared in a halal-certified manner. When I brought this concern to their attention, the staff member was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to accommodate my request. He promptly offered to make me a new pizza with the toppings of my choice, demonstrating exceptional service and attentiveness. This experience highlights a critical point for Domino's: it’s essential to clarify the preparation methods for meat products, especially when it comes to halal certification. While some ingredients may be labeled as halal, it’s crucial to ensure that they are sourced and prepared in accordance with religious and ethical beliefs. Transparency in this regard would greatly benefit customers who, like me, hold strong beliefs about food preparation. Overall, my visit to Domino's Arnold was marked by fantastic service from a dedicated team, and I appreciate their willingness to address my concerns. The food was fresh and tasted great! However, I found hairs in my food multiple times, this is extremely disappointing as although it tasted good it makes me question the hygiene when the food is prepared.
Called in for a pizza for collection. Friendly staff who made us aware of the offers. Pizza was excellent.
This dominos is waste of money I don’t recommend this place at all the pizza was not cooked no cheese on the pizza I’m sorry for the money I wasted I will never ever order anything from this place avoid this dominos.
Absolutely awful. Spent half an hour trying to give the driver directions to my house. He had the audacity to tell me I was messing him about ha ha utter and complete idiot. Rang the store and said we'll send out fresh pizza....told them no way. Refund will take two days. AVOID ARNOLD DOMINO'S. I'd give less than one star if I could.
The food is nice not had it in a while. However I am absolutely appalled by the driver who delivered to my neighbours. We didn’t order food and he did not knock at all he just straight away let himself in and opened door. Definitely not ordering from here if the drivers just go opening front doors without even knocking!
