Yummy chicken pizza was luvely garlic sauce beautiful the cookies for dessert are out of this world definitely recommend if u csnt be bothered to cook
Their system went off and because of this they called and said sorry your have to collect this order we have no driver ,but first the argued with my over delivery and collection stating I chose pick up I told them I would never do that because I’m disabled and can’t drive and can’t collect it. Instead of making it right for me he kept calling saying we can deliver then 5 minutes later called again saying sorry we can’t your have to come get it. This was meant to be my lunch but by the time I received this it was dinner time.
I am a vegetaria, and I like most of all the vegetarian options at this store as they prepare the pizzas with utmost care and cleanliness, moreover, the last pizza which I ordered was delicious, it was cypriot, I don't know whether I can upload the picture because I took one, it was looking mouthwatering, it tasted even better, I loved it, and I will always order from Papa John's, Arnold in future.
Very happy with my food. Not had papa johns in a long time and to person who made my pizza you did a lovely job! Overall service from people to make food down to delivery drivers always come to door with a smile ;) TY - Keep up good work A+++
We placed an order at 16:00 and it took 1hr 20 minutes to arrive. We called the store and the staff member was rude to us and then put the phone down on me. Once calling back I was told I couldn’t make a complaint to the store (but the website said I had to do it via the store) and then once we started to eat our we saw that the BBQ sauce was out of date and the cookie was completely burnt. Contacted customer support but heard nothing back.
Not impressed tonight, order took 1 hour 45 minutes to arrive, my vegetarian calzone consisted of mainly cheese, and 3 olives. what on earth has happened! I had the same meal last week and it was delicious.
Disgusting, I ordered this at about 6/7 o clock. Delivery took half an hour and when it arrived it was Luke warm. The dough on my pizza was sweet and the garlic bread sticks were sweet and no flavour at all. I don’t recommend this place to people who like food with flavour!
If you want to wait 1hr 20 mins for lukewarm pizza on rubbery crust then order from here. They didn't even slice the pizza I didn't want to complain and get a replacement with how long they take to deliver.
We ordered today from Papa John's..we usually order from elsewhere. We are do impressed with quality and taste of pizza that we are planning to now always order from here.the garlic bread tasted delicious
