   If I could leave 0 I would my brother ordered from here online and was sent an approximate delivery time, 5 mins before this time was reached it was displaying as delivered however no one had knocked on the door or contacted us. We waited a further 30 mins just in case it was a technical error but still we had heard nothing eventually we tried to ring yet no answer we rang off of multiple phones and multiple times in hopes of hearing something. Customer service here is disgraceful and honestly i feel bad leaving a 1 star review on food quality and we never received the food for me to review. Absolutely shocking place and I recommend not wasting your money on food you’ll never receive and god awful service.

   I don’t usually leave reviews, but Top Pizza Peri Peri Chicken in Nottingham honestly forced my hand with how bad the experience was. The food was shockingly poor from start to finish. The pizza was so badly made it felt like they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. The base was wrong, the toppings were a mess, and the whole thing tasted like it was thrown together without any effort or skill. I’ve had better pizza from frozen supermarket boxes. The chips were even worse. They weren’t just overcooked – they were burnt, rock hard, and completely inedible. It didn’t even resemble chips. It was like eating some kind of old, stale crunchy snacks you’d find at the bottom of a cupboard. Absolutely awful. The service matched the food – poor, careless, and unprofessional. No care, no attention, no apology, nothing. Everything about this place felt rushed, lazy, and below basic standards. Honestly, this was one of the worst takeaways I’ve ever tried. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. I will never be ordering from here again.

   Hey, this is the badest experience i have from a pizza shop, don’t know what’s going on with them, i ordered a thin crust pizza with a kit kat milkshake and see what these guys did, they gave me deep pan pizza with chocolate fudge, what should i do now, it’s 4 AM and these guys they didn’t even answered my call now the delivery driver told me they are closed now not the workers, i was trying to call them before 4 but they didn’t answered. You guys should be careful before ordering from these kinda shops

   HORRIBLE FOOD & STAFF!!!! Ordered pizza & wedges from here, they came overcooked, burnt & inedible. Once I opened the box, the burnt smell just filled the room. I called the shop, they offered to send me another pizza however they kept talking amongst themselves, later the man tells me “i know what you are trying to do, get more free food” and ended the call on me. This is disgusting, just take a look for yourself and tell me if that food looks somewhat “tasty” or even fine to eat? Jokes on them, I won’t be ordering from here ever again!

   PLEASE PROTECT YOUR HEALTH AND DO NOT EAT HERE, i feel sick after eating their food. Literally no dough on the pizza, slice pulled out like a layer of cheese which falling apart paid extra for the cheese bites around the sides they are literally hollow with nothing inside. Will never go back, wouldnt even let my worst enemies eat here ! Even their toppings do not seem halal, meat is very hard and tastes unclean, imagine they are preparing food touching everything! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY & NOW VERY POORLY !!

   Took 2 hours for food to be delivered, when called was put on hold for 5 mins for the call to be ended. Ordered food at 7:45pm, was dispatched at 10pm. Ridiculous, turn your just eat off and stop taking orders if you can’t keep up with it. Wouldn’t ever order again. Oh and staff are very rude, would rather serve customers in store that are still yet to pay then respond to the ones on the phone who have already gave them their money.

   Such rude staff- food took 2 hours to come after they constantly lied to me about delivery times when I would call and ask, was called a liar and was told the driver knocked and I didn’t answer (he didn’t). When I did get the food, it was cold and dry so I called up to let them know and was sworn at by the workers and told they want ‘nothing to do’ with me. Absolutely disgusting place that I would never order from again. Stay away at all costs it’s really not worth it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible staff and horrible food.
