   I placed my order at 7pm, so it’s not as if I ordered right before closing, yet the quality of the food was still shockingly poor. I ordered 2 Sheekh wings with fries and a large Lamb Shawarma with rice, and the shawarma was the worst I’ve ever had. The lamb was rock-hard and tasted like old meat that had been sitting under the shawarma rack for ages. I was extremely disappointed with the quality and flavour—it was completely tasteless. I can’t believe they would serve customers food like this. I’ve attached a photo so you can see exactly what I mean.

   Ordered food on their website at 5:30 I called at 6:25 asking about my food and they said it’s on its way it didn’t come till 7pm I live 10min away from the shop I don’t understand why it took so long for it to come Either way food was lukewarm and lacked flavour the lamb shawarma was chewy I wouldn’t order from here again both service and food was terrible I’d give it zero stars if I could

   Edited 13.3.25 - 2.5 stars - Had the mix shwarama in naan with fries, adana kebab with rice, salad. All the Food was average/pleasant and meats were well cooked, lightly spiced, they didn't put sauces on as requested and didn't send any tubs either. The fries aren't all that. The naan is nice. The rice is plain white rice. As I've said in past review if you want something different and lightly spiced not bad. Allow at least 60-90 min for delivery. Ordered from here a while ago, food was ok, very simple and lightly spiced, its best for people who cannot handle spicy food. Had the lamb chops with rice, Mozzarella sticks, california chicken pizza. Haven't ordered again purely based on the fact I prefer a bit more flavour/spice in food, especially if paying these prices. Delivery driver was a bit rude as well unfortunately.

   Used this place for a considerable amount of time now and always been happy-always the same meals ordered and always had it delivered. Ordered a week ago and my husband had the chicken shawarma as usual but commented that it didn't taste as good and that the salad looked like someone elses leftovers. We shrugged it off as we are all only human, mistakes are made, everyone's entitled to have a 'bad day'. Ordered again this evening and his chicken was completely inedible, nothing but gristle and looked like it had already been chewed and spat back out and it was freezing cold. We called the restaurant and were told that they usually stop serving at 9 (they're open until 10 and we always order approx 9:30pm) and it was 'the last bits' so 'what do you expect?' Well edible food would be nice. They said everything was turned off so they cooked it in the pizza oven! Surely that is a health and safety risk with chicken and salmonella? But it doees explain why the food was still half frozen as clearly not cooked properly and thoroughly. My husband said they shouldn't have accepted the order if this was the case and the only thing that they said was to 'call tomorrow at 6 and we will send you a fresh one out'. No thank you-a refund for the inedible food wasn't even offered and we absolutely do not want any more food from this establishment. Very disppointed in the food itself, the service/resolution offered but mainly how they seem to flaunt health and safety regulations to make their jobs easier. Will not be ordering from here again.

   Decent place for a small outlet. Chip shop size Turkish takeaway. Food is good but not as tasty as other establishments like Istanbul in wolves. But feels the void. The takeaway can do with a good clean. All in all a benefit to the locals.

   Disgusting I use to go this place before was good but now robbed me. I tried about few times now but not good they put raw chicken swarma and rice into trays and cold fries which every thing go into bin i got proof and i will complaint to help organisations about it don’t go there any more trust me i got proof its happened third time now so never go there again and i recommend to people go to KHF WESTBROMWICH THATS VALUE OF YOUR MONEY THANKS

   Placed an order online. Rang them to see what was happening an hour later only to find out, a staff member had accepted the order but no one else knew about it. Was told food would take another 40mins. When I asked to speak to manager he said he was giving him the phone and put it down on me. I then rang again and the guy just put the phone on the side and continued on with whatever he was doing. Rang a third time to a guy who blamed it on the driver and said he will start the food now and it will take 40 mins. Bearing in mind it has now been one hour 20 mins since I placed the order. I said I want to cancel and he then spent 20 mins shouting at me that they can't process it and it has to be done online. I tried to explain that I had tried that and the lady I had a live chat with online was waiting for their confirmation to cancel my order. 20 mins later they finally cancelled my order and sent my money back only because someone else had also cancelled their order. Absolute sham of a restraunt and the people were horrible to deal with. Definitely don't order from them online.

   Relatively busy place but does not accept card for payment. Hygiene suspect. Ordered the platter for 2, the lamb shawarma was inedible, looked like small pieces of cat litter. Avoid this place.

   Very delicious Turkish BBQ, the staff were friendly, the portion size is good, the prices here are logical compared with the quality provided. You can eat inside or take your food away. The food here is halal.
