Met up with 4 friends for our Christmas lunch. Greeted and seated quickly on our arrival. We weren't asked if we wanted to order drinks whilst we waited for others to arrive, so we had to go to the Bar. Food was served promptly when everyone arrived. We had ordered from the special Christmas menu, which was good value for money. My starter, Mini Baked Camambert, was nicely gooey but could have come with either a honey dressing or a spicy chutney side to give it more oomph ! The bread served for dipping was sadly hardly toasted, so didn't serve its purpose. My main course, the Turkey Curry was delicious, as were all the accompaniments. The dessert, Toffee Apple Choux was a very indulgent triumph. The Korean Prawn Cocktail, Turkey Tacos and Cheesecake went down well with my friends . Strangely, again, we were not asked at any point if we wanted drinks. Throughout service was efficent and friendly, despite them being rather busy with several Christmas party diners. I would certainly go again if I was in the area, as Lupo had a nice feel and an interesting menu.

I normally Come here for a bit of day drinking and people watching out the down stairs window. Today I decided to order food and thought a bit of tapas with a jug of sangria. What we paid & got was beyond disappointing. £5.15 for each tapas plate was already over priced. We got 2 chicken strips that was rolled in an overwhelming seasoning, 5 mini / tiny plain prawns downed in sauce, and the worst of it all 3 burnt on the outside downed in sauce fritters that when you cut it opened the inside it ran / drained out and had an awful taste and a over crispy flat bread. When I asked one of the staff members if that’s how it is meant to be he wasn’t sure and said the chef said yes, do you want us to cook you another one? If it’s going to be raw and runny in the middle no thank you. I said oh okay I have NEVER had a runny fritter before he kept saying I am not arguing with you I am just saying. Now no one was arguing , shouting or rising their voice with him so I found that odd, furthermore another option of tapas plate wasn’t offered so I wasted £5:15 on a non eatable dish. The sangria was loaded with ice and a syrup at the bottom no wooden spoon to stir / mix it together in the jug so it was very unbalanced when pouring it out. It is safe to say it was an underwhelming lunch experience and a waste of £30.

Visited today with a large group for a birthday celebration and we were really pleased with our choice. Service is absolutely fantastic as usual and they were so patient with the kids and changes to the order. Food was fast, hot and tasty. They cater to gluten free really well so that set my mind at ease for my daughter. Great interior and decor, and clean everywhere in arrival with a lovely welcome sign for my other half’s birthday. Lovely little oasis in Wolves, recommend to anyone wanting a great value meal in a relaxed environment.

My girlfriend and I had an excellent Big Lounge Breakfast today 9.50/11am, 22/04/23. Service was 1st class with a very welcoming smile and food was excellent. Ambience was great with good selection of background music.

Great place to eat. Spacious seating in a bright open lounge. The service is great and the food is great too, full of taste and flavour. The deco is quirky. Love this place and look forward to coming again. Finally a decent place to relax and eat in the city.

Unplanned visit for breakfast. Staff were attentive & welcoming. Beautiful decor inside, covered in artwork. Food was 10/10- fresh & delicious. Serve dairy free hot drinks if required. Located on the high street so no car park but plenty of places to park around town. Seating indoors and outdoors. Toilets are upstairs. Menu is varied with veggie options- will be returning soon. Thank you

We've been here a few times, never have bad service , staff are always super polite and helpful. Food and drink are always nicely presented and tasty. The atmosphere everytime we go is super relaxed and chill even when it's busy it doesn't feel rushed or overbearing like some places can. I personally love the decor in this one too
