Absolutely disgusting I have never been so disgusted and stomach turned by a take away before. I am fuming! Cold , kebab is MUSH AND SLIPPERY FROM GREASE. And then REFUSE to send my missing items out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VILE BIO HAZARD.
i ordered food last night and i got a chicken wrap and my chicken was still raw it was pink and white.
This place food tastes so horrible, seriously so horrible! This is the last time we bought from this place no more from them. The peri peri strips wrap don't taste like peri peri wrap, it's taste so horrible! inside the wrap, dont even have the chicken. All I can taste is a flour. I never taste in my whole life a horrible place like this. omg, so horrible. Seriously, chilli hut??? what kind of food do you serve to your customer??? Your price was so expensive £3.50 for the chilli chips with cheese, the position of the chips, not even half of the box! not worth it at all. £3.99 Peri Peri Wrap, and it tastes so disgusting! Omg this place is worse. The pizza tastes 2 out of 10. If you want to buy from this place better think 10 times. I don't recommend any food from this place. Total I rate this takeaway 0 star. This kind of takeaway don't deserve any star.
Waited 30 minutes for a "regular" pizza that is actually 9 inches big. Disgusting and gooey I've had better frozen pizzas
Absolutely disgusting. All chips uncooked. Meat was all hard like it’s been sat there for days. Naan bread was hard. Chips stunk of chip fat. Poor customer service on the phone and Uber.
Pizza deal was good value for money find the walk in or collection deals to be better then the delivered deals. Staff was nice and polite and the place looked clean which is reassuring and what you would expect when you go somewhere to buy food.
I've been very disappointed with the meal that I have got from the shop at chilli hut I have had good meals before. The salad was insufficient and it was very wet and there wasn't a variety, the naan was microwaved and it was raw. the chips were cold the chicken was in tiny pieces instead of it being in some sort of form that you could pick up with a fork and you don't get the drink of choice. I'm very disappointed with the meal atogether as well as we try to phone up to order for a delivery and nobody answered the phone and when we did get there it took him 20,30 minutes before they completed our meal order - very disappointing
