Just ordered on Uber eats, I get a call on the phone 5 minutes later saying they cannot deliver to me because I’m “too far” even though they are a 5 min drive from me. They just make some BS excuse, wasting my time and money. I have to deal with uber for the next 2 hours to get my money back. Don’t order from here on uber eats
Piece of ham on a VEGAN pizza found while eating leftovers, when i rang the store to complain the store manager had the nerve to say i don’t ’deserve an apology’ as it had been over 12 hours since I have had my pizza delivered?? Does the 12 hours make it less ham??? That man shouldn’t have been hired by the company nevermind made a manager, if you work with customers you have to be willing to apologise when you mess up. I have now contacted head office as I can’t believe how rude he was and how badly the situation was handled.
Very disappointed with this outlet. I am ordering from this Domino's since long. This time I ordered the Indian feast paneer pizza. I clearly mentioned in my order to add extra paneer and cheese sauce instead of tomato sauce. They didn't do any of them. Even I felt paneer was too less. When I complained about it they told me to take a picture and email the. I just wanted to convey the message that if we have clearly mentioned about anything than why we need to do extra things like email and everything. They mentioned in app that after baking they are checking the order. Then why they are not checking the mentioned things. Suppose you have any allergy with any of the ingredients and they didn't do it then it can create big health issue.
Best pizza i ever had from dominos. Amazing service, very friendly and welcoming and the person who served us i think he's name was Gurdit was amazing at his work. Absolutely loved it.
Absolutely terrible. Ordered 3 pizzas that turned up late, all 3 were scrunched up in their boxes and cold. Will not be using this place again! Would rather give my money to a local company that deserves it.
Came in to have a pizza with some colleagues during lunch time with an empty restaurant. We were told eating in would give us 1 large pizza within 15 to 20 minutes. After 40 minutes they told us that it will take another 10 minutes. They spent an hour, and did not give a receipt to contest the claim. On top of that, after mentioning this to the staff politely, the clerk at the store simply said: “who told you that?” “Your colleague did” “It will take another 7 minutes as per the screen”. It would’ve been faster to not come into the restaurant. Super slow service. We left without the food and refund.
We ordered pizza for the office and what a poor service we received. We checked the app to see our pizza had been delivered but it was nowhere to be seen. After calling the store to check on this we were subject to the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were sworn at by the person on the phone and told we would have to collect the pizza ourselves. After reluctantly saying we would come collect the pizza we were hung up on. Obviously by the time we collected our pizzas, they were cold. Never normally leave reviews but we were all so disgusted by the service we received.
It is not our first time to have pizza from domino's but unfortunately this time is very disappointing and i wont be back. The store door had no push and pull sign which shows poor health and safety. Went to order and collect but they said offers online is different to store, so i picked up a menu on display and ask for a deal from it. they refuse to honor the deal and said this deals are not active. I end up by ordering online and waited in the car for 20 min. Food looked like it was made by 5 year old, messy and definitely not tasty That all shows me that it is badly and poorly managed store .
At around 8:30pm, this place was not crowded as we expected to be especially as it was on a Friday night . We ordered the pizza over the counter and the waiting time was 15 minutes. There is an ongoing offer of £9.99 for any pizza size. We order a large pizza of BBQ Ranch (picture included).There is another offer of £5.99 medium pizza (please see the uploaded picture).In additional, this place is wheelchair accessible. There are parking spaces as this place is also next to other businesses. The only thing to point out is that these parking spaces are at the back of these premises but its entrance is not wide enough for cars to enter and exit at the same time.
