   Came this evening and ordered a beef satay, egg fried rice and a 3 in 1 tray. Drove home to open my food order to see I have been given the wrong item ALARMINGLY I have a shell fish allergy and they've given me hot and sour soup which contains prawns I called the store who were very unprofessional and told me I didn't tell them I have any allergies, to which I answered I didn't expect to not receive the correct order. They offered to re imburse me for the one item they got wrong so I presume they expect me to eat just egg fried rice for tea. Clearly don't have any food hygiene experience on the front desk if they deem serving prawns to someone with a shell fish allergy to be acceptable. Will be returning for my refund and taking custom else were in the future

   Really disappointed with the food quality. The Veg Kung Po smelled strongly of tomato ketchup and tasted overly sweet. The Sweet and Sour Chicken had a strange smell, odd texture, and a bright orange, artificial-looking sauce with no real flavour. The Black Bean Chicken was watery and bland. The rice was greyish in colour, we thought it might be brown rice, but it wasn’t — and there was no egg at all in what was meant to be egg fried rice. The only decent items were the chips, curry sauce, and prawn crackers — which says a lot about the rest of the meal. Won’t be ordering again.

   We have ordered here a few times now and the staff recognise us as a couple, last week I got home and realised they’d missed off the chips from our phone order. I called but didn’t want to drive all the way back. But today when I mentioned their mistake they wouldn’t take responsibility and honour the reduction for the price of chips on our order as they said they would. This was principal and will no longer order from here and will never recommend again! We also had to question why the food bill is different each time we go when ordering the same food- I think they make it up as they go along.

   Did not deserve one star. Quality of food was horrendous, chicken was dry and grey and could easily tell this was frozen and had a strange smell and sauces were watered down. Paying good money for had food. Will avoid this place in future.

   Ordered sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style , was horrible, second time it’s been bad. It’s just soggy, I’ve had it for years and years from here been great, don’t know what’s going on there. Ordered beef with green peppers and black bean sauce , got home it was chicken, but at least that was ok.

   Always order Chicken Chow Mein on a Saturday for my grandson, he loves it. Thought we'd all have a treat tonight I ordered Vegetable Curry. Very very watery tried mixing together but still watery, no taste even when I added salt. Extremely disappointed
