The food here is lovely, all of our party of 13 enjoyed the food served. The service is completely rushed. Our reservation was at 5.30 and at 5.27 we were asked how much longer it was going to take for the rest of the party to arrive. Napkins were put on laps before coats were even taken off! We felt rushed and watched as to when we were leaving, with people sitting at the bar kicking off about when people would be leaving so they could have the tables. The staff are hit and miss. The young lad behind the bar is superb, excellent customer service. We were in and out within 2 hours, having spent £300 and feeling very disappointed. I did share my feedback with the manager and regrettably I don’t think any of us would return. Appreciate it’s a busy place but I don’t think 2 hours for 13 people spending like we did is too much to ask.

1st time trying this restaurant and me and my wife loved it. Service was really good, nice atmosphere and food was excellent. I can see why it wins awards. Highly recommend

I have recently re visited this resturant and I'm pleased to say that the meals and service are still to a great standard as my previous review describes. Please read my review: This has got to be one of the best if not the best Tandoori Resturants in the West Midlands, Excellent service, Incredible food, unbelievable prices. Went as a group and from entering the building we felt utterly welcomed. The staff were so attentive, considerate and fun. We all had different orders and no one in the group had a negative comment. Good, hot food and not small portions, great environment and highly clean facilities. I hate to give a glowing review like this because I may not get a spare table when I revisit.....which will be a regular event. Sorry no pictures too busy eating, perhaps next time.

Went here for a takeaway recently for the first time in over 10 years after moving out of the area, considering this used to be the place of all places to go to for an Indian we were quite disappointed to be honest. The chicken tikka masala was nowhere near as creamy as they used to be and to be honest it tasted pretty much the same as one you would get from Tesco for £3, certainly wasn't worth £6.95 on this occasion. They used to give a couple of free onion Baji's and poppadoms free with a takeaway order before but that wasn't the case this time despite the order total coming to nearly £40 which was a bit disappointing, instead we just had 3 bags of sliced onions. The mint sauce you get with it was quite spicy instead of cooling like it usually is. The restaurant was very busy as usual but the staff seemed to be favouring those customers who were there on a dine-in basis, waiting 40 minutes for a pre-ordered takeaway wasn't great to be honest ☹️

Went for Christmas day lunch. Food was okay but plates were piled high. Put me off eating it all just by the size. Soup starter had stringy veg in it. It may have been a stalk of some kind. Not much choice on deserts either. We waited ages for the complimentary coffee, had to leave without having it eventually. I probably would try it on a normal night for a curry. A little cramped but guessing because it was Christmas. Staff were very good.

I have been coming here for many years. I can highly recommend, best Indian restaurant for miles around (ive tried a fair few). The staff here have always been fantastic, very attentive and ensure you have a great time. Food is also great and they are more than happy for you adjust your food to your liking (heat etc). More expensive than some, but the excellent food and service certainly make it worth the extra!

Excellent service food is amazing as an Indian looking for a good restaurant can be hard. As always looking for similar home cooking style food. This place is excellent service and food is to die for. Highly highly recommended. Just make sure you book in advance as it gets busy. But don't be fooled, they do not rush you. The decor and atmosphere is clean bright and delicate. Overall rating for food, service, and atmosphere.
