Your customer service is shocking to say the least. I have lost count of how many times I have ordered with yourselves and the service you have provided tonight is unacceptable. So, your food tastes off and you don’t query that? Instead, my dad calls to say it doesn’t taste right and he will PAY the extra for a different meal. You agree it and then 5 minutes later gets a call off one of your staff LAUGHING, saying and I quote “you just want a free meal”. I can confirm nobody would want a free meal considering your food tasted sour. I think your staff need retraining in customer service. Furthermore, I would highly suggest that you check the dates on your produce because somethings clearly not right judging by the other reviews too. Your staff are rude and it’s bad for your business!

Awful! Ordered over £34 worth of food. One meal consisted of chicken chowmein egg fried rice and curry sauce, had a mouthful of the chewmein, and spat it back out, it tasted tasteless but burned, called up straight away, promised a callback, after 20 mins, called them back myself, asked to change the meal and I would pay the extra, they then called back laughing saying we wanted a meal for free, advised we had the ruined meal and offered to pay the difference. Rude staff clearly thought it had been eaten, thought wrong as I put it all back in the carton and returned it to them! Used this Chinese lots of times, the previous time the steak was inedible and tasted like a load of salt had ben thrown on it. Offered to replace, but never did. Will not be ordering from there again.

Orderd a take out ( delivery ) had numerous phone calls from restaurant and driver asking for postcode 5 times driver got lost so food come cold no insulation bag but food was dreadful only the pancake roll was edible . Then the card machine never registered so they called never offered any refund for the inconvenience. I never have done a review but this needs to be told .

Newly moved to area tried this Chinese,Chicken curry,sweet & sour pork Cantonese,2 x rice. Both bland seemed like the same sauce just a different colour,I won't try again, 2 stars are for the teenage girl who took my order,the only positive.
