Lovely people nice place and lovely food. Its cash only. Trusted us to come back next day to pay as we had no cash on us and didnt realise it was cash only.
An amazing restaurant with excellent staff especially the Manager was give great service throughout my party event such lovely people and the food was beautiful definitely highly recommend and I wanted to say Thank you for the service you gave to me and my family. Definitely will be visiting again
I was recommended to visit here and it didn't disappoint. The tables are spread out, so you aren't sat close to everyone else. Very friendly attentive staff. The food was lovely and fresh. Definitely will return. This is a cash only business...luckily, I had enough cash to cover the bill.
Have been a regular delivery customer for many years and always have had great food from Sultan Cottage. The staff are friendly and polite and the deliveries are always on time and correct. The food is fresh, consistently very nice, decent sized portions and great value. I have dined in the restaurant a few times and it has a nice atmosphere and attentive staff. Highly recommended.
The food was not up to the prices charged with small portions, and had to wait for forever for the order to arrive and the further as they forgot part of it. The driver even said it happened frequently. I do not recommend going here and to another restaurant for a meal.
Tried last night for the 1st time and wow. The Garlic chilli Bhuna was a taste sensation and the lemon chilli rice was fantastic. Ordering again tonight for the family. Highly recommended this place
Lovely food, but service very slow, took 1 1/2 hrs before they come to take our order! In all it took over 3 hrs to have 2 corses. Will have a takeaway but never again will eat in. Shame because the food was good.
My friend and I went for a meal at the Sultan Cottage it was local do we did not have to drive The service was a very high standard and the food was presented beautifully and the taste was delicious and at a reasonable price. We will certainly go again
Take Away meal for two. Absolutely lovely food and great value. Staff are very polite and friendly. Have used this take away since lock down food has always been exceptionally good. Shall be eating in very soon.
Food was good,sadly poor service between courses. Bring your own alcohol as no license to serve any, but no soft drinks as they have there own. At fifteen minutes between starter ordered and twenty for main course. When asked for tap water cold, we did not receive a drink nor asked again until desert! Not happy with that. They even managed to destroy a birthday cake, without a good enough appology this Friday night to the lady or party group. Again range of food is good and tasty a food hygiene rating of 3 given on 13 Dec 2016. Looks new and aparently clean though big cracks appear, to be honest can not see an improvement on 3 another inspection due in 2020? Would we eat hear again, yes probably but would like to see imrovement on service and waiting time here. I score places on cleanliness, service and quality of food. Food 5, service 4 and cleanliness 2. As posted state of mens toilet as when you walk in lools new but deceiving. Two hours 20 for a two course meal?
