   Best burger I’ve ever had, honestly. Ordered the same meal twice so far, both times consistent quality, fresh food, crunchy lettuce, and no mistakes on my order. The only thing I would say is it would be a big help if packaging was marked to differentiate between two similar meals, for example a simple ‘T’ or ‘M’ to let us know which one has tomatoes or mayo etc would be a big help.

   Amazing pizzas terrible service. Always well over an hour any night of the week. Prices have also gone up a lot for the meal deals which is getting close to domino prices. Such a shame. If you ring to ask where the order is (over an hour) the response is it’s out with the driver, 10 mins later a text to say it’s out for delivery. I think this is the last Valentino’s we will have.

   My daughters and her siblings had a meal from here last night (17th August 2025). They ordered 2 doner kebabs, 2 pizzas, Garlic bread, salad pot and 2 x garlic mayo. The garlic bread and salad pot were missing. A plain mayo was sent in place of 1 of the garlic mayo. As a gesture of good will they were promised a bottle of pop but this was not received. Both my daughter and her brothers bf had the kebabs. The kebabs were bland and extremely greasy.... If that wasn't bad enough both of them have spent last night and all of today fighting for the toilet with stomach cramps and severe diarrhea!! As this was the only thing my daughter ate yesterday there was clearly something very wrong with the kebab. AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING.

   I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your establishment. I ordered a pizza with chillies and was not asked to specify whether I wanted chilli slices, flakes, or jalapeños at the time of ordering. However, when I received my food and realized the order was incorrect after driving from Langley mill to collect all the way back to Ilkeston, I was told that there were chilli flakes on the base—yet upon checking, there was not a single flake in sight. To make matters worse, after driving all the way home and realizing the mistake, I called your team only to receive excuses instead of a solution. The handling of my complaint was poor, and the overall service was even worse. I expect better from a professional takeaway. Please address these issues to ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers. I would appreciate a response regarding how you intend to improve your service and avoid such mistakes in the future. Won’t be returning.

   New to the area so I Ordered a pizza online and paid for it. Got an email to say it had been cancelled. Rang them up to be told they're too busy to fulfil my order! Won't be using them again and hopefully my cash returns to my account. Bad Customer Service!!

   Usually order from here, but tonight was different. Collected a £46 order, called 35 mins after I collected to complain about Donner meat on one of the orders being hard. Guy was rude, couldn’t understand that one of the donners was dry but not the others, tried to explain it was obviously over cooked that particular cut from the machine. Only wanted that meat replacing and still had the old meat too to prove it, but the guy refused. Got me annoyed so told him to **** himself. Won’t order again.

   This is our go to store for pizza kebabs and burgers if you want a burger that fills you up for longer than an hr. Delivery only costs me a quid and the staff and delivery guys are just awesome. Very clean place aswell. I've tried other places but always come back to valentino's. 1st class grub everytime.

   Normally good but kebab orders were wrong, garlic mayo on both when reqestted plain mayo, asked for bread and sauce seperate on one all just piled together. Naan breads very dry and just broke apart. chicken grilled till heavily charred and super dry.
