We absolutely loved our food and will order again - everything tasted delicious! The little details like serving the chilli flakes in a little onion ‘dish’ inside the Pad Thai container , so clever & sweet! I change my mind regular if I fancy a spicy Pad Thai or not. This presentation let me make that decision!
If you're thinking of having a Chinese - think again and buy from here! It is easily the best take-out food we've ever had and the service is amazing, they didn't have enough Vegetable Spring Rolls to fill a bag and offered to make some Meat ones - told her I was a vegetarian and instead she whipped up some Tempura and threw in some extras as well! Food is always amazing :)
I don't know if there is a new chef. But the food this evening was very poor. Very greasy and bland. No chilli, no fresh flavours, like I'm used to from Aroi. Last time I use this place. Shame but not going to waste my money
What can I say. Worst customer experience of my life and I'm 50 plus. Was advised to order on Their website to avail a 20 percent discount. I ordered directly off the website. They rang me to say they were aware of the order but had not received the money. Apparently they have all sorts of IT problems with their platforms with payments being sent to third party suppliers etc. In summary though despite them telling Me to use their website they see all the problems as very much the customers fault and refused to give me my money back or fulfill the order. Rather bizarrely asking me as the innocent customer to sort out all the issues they are facing. I'm £20 out of pocket. Absolutely disgusted and appalled. I think Il
Usually really great food but the last couple of times, when ordering a Thai green, it’s been rather salty and really spicy (I love my chillis but it’s gone to extremes) and overpowers the other great flavours which I know are in the curry! Also the price seems to have shot up a lot too. I’ll think harder next time I order from here which is a shame as it used to be lovely.
Discovering this place in Walsall was a very pleasant surprise. We ordered 2 x Prawn Pad Thai which were amazing value and delicious too! I am very fussy with my Pad Thai and I really was impressed. The only thing they could do to improve the pad Thai would be to offer extra peanuts and chilli flakes in separate small tubs so we can add it ourselves. Would be happy to pay extra for this option!
