What a fantastic venue, great food, staff all friendly and great atmosphere. Attended an after wedding party last night, great vibes. Would highly recommend.

Great place you enjoy the summer evenings, staff are friendly and polite and service is great. Only had a drink so can't rate the food but what I did see it look lovely. Found a rare gem here will definitely be back.
The outside does not do credit to this venue as once inside it opens up into a lovely modern bar and restaurant, with further space on a veranda overlooking the river. The menu is not long but still has plenty of nice choices and the food was excellent. The staff were also friendly and attentive. I can thoroughly recommend this restaurant and will be returning in the future.
Very nice place , service was amazing and the prawn soup absolutely lovely, I do recommend the place . Big thumbs up for the management and for chef!
We visited on a girls night out. The food was beautiful and the service excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. My only criticism is that the starter platter for two was very expensive for what there was on it so we wouldn't order that again but otherwise we couldn't fault the food at all. Everything was really tasty.

River Thai is a very good restaurant with covid safety applied perfectly, the staff are polite, efficient and friendly and obviously trying their best under difficult circumstances. The food is excellent, the setting is perfect and the place was spotless...My wife and I will be back !.. I was back in Shrewsbury lately and the restaurant was shut due to the flooding.. hope it reopens.
