Be aware this Burger King closes much earlier than shown here. Food is always served hot. I do ask for extra hot food. Staff very pleasant.

Staff was not really friendly and didn’t seem happy to be working there. Ice cream and coffee machines were broken, no other desert was available, despite the posters in the restaurant. That’s false advertising and completely misleading for potential customers. On top of that, the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. You should definitely avoid this place. Burger King management in Northern Ireland : please look into this.

Went through the drive-thru today and had a great experience. Gareth was super friendly and talkative — really made the visit more enjoyable. Food came out hot and fast. Appreciate the good service!

Popped in for a quick bite and used the drive thru. Friendly service. Had the XXL Bacon Cheeseburger meal and a side of cheesy jalapeno bites. The bites were delicious and still steaming after a bite. Right balance of cheese and peppers. The burger was just as delicious and was not messy. Good service and well priced. Always better the Macca Ds

Kids wanted McDonald's (a rare treat), but I wanted BK. Convinced them that there would be some good toy or equivalent version of a Happy Meal. Well, we got a cardboard box. Kids are asking what they are supposed to do with it, no idea. Asked and apparently they were supposed to get stickers with it. (Wow! Stickers!) I asked about the stickers and was told that they knew nothing about it because it wasn't their usual branch. What? Surely this is a BK-wide promotion and it shouldn't matter what branch you work in. Order was wrong, which, in fairness, they fixed, but there was no apology. New motion-based menus and promotions were really quite annoying. Full screen promotion across all of the screens at the same time went on for far too long, and then when the actual menu came up it didn't last anywhere near long enough. When you've got a four-year-old and a seven-year-old, that was really annoying. Decided to venture away from the good old staple Whopper and had some double cheese thing that was part of some promotion, it was the same size as the kids burger. Really disappointing experience all round.

Pleasant, airy setting near retail outlets, belfast city airport and belfast docks. Typical fast good service and seating. Customer toilets available.

It's a Burger King devoid of all atmosphere. The burgers were good and the fries were surprisingly crunchy. My wife said her coffee was excellent but the overall experience means you would just eat here only if it was necessary. It is always clean and tidy.
