   Dinner on a Saturday evening with our 2 daughters. No craft beers but decent cocktails. Food also pretty good with the pasta being well prepared and sea bass not overcooked.

   We had a brilliant meal for four at Bella Italia in Telford, made even better by the warm and friendly service from our waitress, Ashley. We used our Tastecard, which made the whole visit excellent value for money, but the quality of the food and service easily stood out on their own. Starters arrived quickly, the dough balls were perfectly baked, soft in the centre with just the right golden crust. For mains we ordered a meat feast pizza, a classic margherita, gamberoni pasta, and the spicy sausage pasta, along with the festive Christmas pizza. Everything came out piping hot, full of flavour, and cooked exactly as it should be. Drinks were ice cold and regularly checked without us ever needing to ask. Ashley really added to the experience. She was genuinely friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and kept the whole meal running smoothly from start to finish. Her timing, manner, and overall approach made the evening feel relaxed and enjoyable. All in all, a great meal, great service, and very reasonable pricing. We’ll definitely be returning, thank you, Ashley, for looking after us so well.

   Me and my partner went for a meal on a Saturday night, meal was fantastic really enjoyed it the staff were just lovely, the best meal out we have had in a long time. We will definitely be going back again soon.

   Had a really good night for my daughters 17th birthday. Would like to thank Duncan for his amazing service he really made the night special. The kids loved him and he was very helpful and really looked after us. He made the night extra special. Food was lovely has always we all had a great time.

   The food was terrific, and the kid's food was filling. My son enjoyed it and loved his summer juice box; we had to buy another. The environment was clean. The major problem I had with this restaurant was that my husband had to carry our baby in his hand for the duration of our visit because they insisted we had to leave our baby's car sit on the floor, meaning he had to stay below our table; awful!!!!! It would have been nice if they had provided a wooden chair for us to put his car sit on, but they didn't. We couldn't enjoy our meal because of this. You have to pay for parking; it's not far from the restaurant.

   I had the Gamberoni King prawns, cooked with baby plum tomatoes, white wine, garlic and chilli in a red pepper and tomato bisque served with spaghetti And the King Prawns were probably the best I have ever tasted. And the spaghetti was very nice too The staff were polite and professional

   It was a reduced menu due to staffing issues though it didn't bother me as I had not visited one for many years. The server was efficient and professional. The food was quick and the restaurant was calm. For a change I was not seated in a booth far enough away from families so weren't disturbed.

   The place was good. Went with a friend late evening to get something to eat. I ordered the spaghetti paying extra for the chicken - I don't believed it advertised that it also came with pork but it wasn't an issue for myself. My friend's mushroom dish was supposed to have a creamy sauce however the sauce was more watery than anything... I still rate the experience relatively high though as we got the dish changed for a pizza in no time at all. Decent place with good service

   Excellent Food. Visited on a night with only two front of house staff and one chef, plus trainee. But service was excellent, and food was out in about 20 mins. Really fresh tasty food, as well as excellent options for Gluten Free diet. Highly recommended.
