The service is very bad. I went to buy wine but they didn't sell it to me. And they falsely accused me! I will also sue the company manager
Awful customer service. The 2 tiered clubcard pricing structure only acts to be age discrimination. Not being able to screenshot the app is more proof of corporate greed. Shame on Tesco.
Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and patient. Went out of their way to be helpful and kind . When I was here a couple of months ago I went to pay using my phone without realising it was about to run out of battery. Staff and security put my shopping into a fridge out back and my phone on to charge in the office so that I could pay since I didn't have my physical card on me. I don't particularly have negative or positive feelings about Tesco in general but I wish those staff nothing but the best.

Terrible customer service in here, watched the security guard assault someone outside! Thankfully the police came and are now investigating it! Guy should lose his job fir what he done!
Took an Evri parcel there as Tesco Notte Street is drop off point for Evri. I was told they were too busy to help even though the process takes 1 minute. Shocking way to treat customers.
This store must have recently acquired new management. I have shopped locally there for many years and this shop is notoriously low on stock, constant empty shelves and lack of items available. In recent weeks you can go into the shop and readily find not only management available to help but plentiful shelves and stock available. It is definitely a more pleasurable experience with stock aplenty, much more ambience, staff more willing to help. For once it has been a pleasure to shop here rather than go further afield. For once well done Tesco Notte Street.
Awful!!!!! Self service is card only!! What about the elderly or homeless people, people on a budget, system crash? Better to walk 100 metres to Sainsbury's in the Armada center, cheaper too. I bought some grapes on Wednesday and on Thursday they, unusually, had mould growing on them even though the best before date was not until the Friday. I took them back and discretely spoke to the lovely gent who is always polite and friendly who had no hesitation in changing them for a new packet, no problem at all. He is a credit to your store! I've never had any problem with fruit there before so this was definitely a one off and I happily accepted the replacement. Top marks to him!
