We had our first meal in a while from happy house they were very prompt with the delivery however the food didn't live up to expectations very bland and tasteless,the chicken was inedible texture and taste was not as previous curries I'm afraid 6 out of 10
Chinese was dreadful tonight :( Food was like mush! I can’t believe I’ve just spent £54! Normally really good… tonight it was AWFUL. Such a shame :(. No free items even over a £50 order! That’s shocking.
Food was horrible. Singapore chow mein had no meat in it just a few prawns. The prawn toast didnt even have prawns it was chicken. Pancake rolls were just beansprouts and very greasy. The person who delivered sat in the car outside chatting on the phone while my meal was getting cold.
I genuinely CANNOT EXPRESS how much I love this place. Been ordering here for over 9 months now, which I feel is adequate to leave a review. Everything I have asked for has been catered for (shellfish allergy, don't ring the doorbell late at night as have a disabled person in the house, to calling to check on my personal requirements from comments). Never ever have I experienced this from any other take away. And then the quality of the food. PHENOMENAL. No other word.
Ordered food then waited an hour and half then rang to be told there wasn’t an order there must be a ghost working there or someone needs to stop smoking the weed there memories terrible
Took 2 hours to get cold food and no drink. Don't order from this restaurant . Not impressed with the service.
My family came up to visit and we tried Happy House for the first time. Thank you for providing lovely food and you're also so nice and friendly. We were so happy with all the dishes... and love that you do tofu!! Amazing. I recommend :)
We enjoy the food and customer service is very good BUT there has been something missing from the last 4 orders - fried rice, BBQ sauce, chips and tonight it was a bottle of pop!! Small things but we have still paid for them. Seriously thinking of trying somewhere else which is a shame
Very disappointed again. Vowed never to use them again after very slow delivery last time but tried again Saturday evening. We were told one house for delivery but it was very nearly two hours. Food not up to standard, chips cold and soggy. Time to move one.
