    Waited over 2 hours for delivery — more than an hour past the stated time. When the food finally arrived, the chicken chow mein had undercooked chicken that was slimy and smelled rotten. Completely unsafe to eat. I called immediately. The owners repeatedly said they “didn’t know what to say,” refused to even look at the food, and refused to replace it or offer any solution. Serving unsafe food is bad enough. Refusing to take responsibility or even acknowledge a serious food safety issue makes it clear how little this business cares. Avoid. Does NOT deserve 1 star.

    Delivered the wrong food to my address and refused to swap it or refund the money. They said driver is too busy to swap food. Worst customer service iv ever experienced

    Avoid this place. The food looked like it had been opened and tampered with, with the rice spoiled at the bottom of the bag. The food also looked /smelt burnt. Everything ended up in the bin, so over £20 was wasted. When I called the shop, the chef said that if I brought it back and he could see it wasn’t right, he would cook a fresh batch. A complete waste of money.

    Used to love coming here as a teenager but won’t be ordering from here again no more. Rice taste reheated. Was like gritty bits in the chow mien. Chicken is basically artificial and rubbery. Just overall didn’t enjoy the meal. It is crazy to me how much they are charging as-well, when there is plenty of other competitors around.

    THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT BUT DID NOT INFORM CUSTOMERS WORST SAUCES EVER DISCUSTING! THE CURRY SAUCE HAS CHANGED INTO THE CHEAP CURRY SAUCE YOU GET FROM SUPERMARKETS…. DISAPPOINTED IT WAS NEVER DISCOLSED….

    Always come to lotus blossom for our Chinese takeaway, their food is lovely and not too greasy. They are happy to deal with requests and food is always tasty and cooked quickly. Highly recommend
