Declined my order, despite ordering off them for a long time, just because we live in an apartment. They've delivered every time up until now, blaming only 1 driver not having the capability to walk 20 seconds to my door. Pathetic.
Have used this take away for years but usually delivery. Went in shop ordered food, asked if we could pay by card she said minimum order £10 plus 80p service charge , we told here she couldn’t put a charge any longer as the law had change, she became very rude and told me she was allowed to put service charge and said I couldn’t pay card now cash only, won’t be using this takeaway again. Will find another local one.
No collection allowered sometimes because they are busy shop, why not go into the shop and order instead just as fast, food is always fresh and nice from here.
